richie was amazing!!! he not only made me and my husband feel at ease but he took pride in his…read morework! when he got us to labadies in baycity he went and took our van where he needed to. then he took us to the repair center and came around to the passenger side of the truck and he physically helped me off the truck(i had a cane). then he carried my bag and took us to the service center line and stood with us (about 15 mins). he then told marcus what we needed help with. he did not leave our sides until somebody took over from labadies. richie is such a huge asset to best towing!!!! he right away opened up the lines of communication and that in turn created a trust with him and that is the first thing in my eyes that helps. you can't expect good things if you can not trust in that person. we had richie a couple of weeks before that when my van caught on fire and he was so good that we had to call best again. then we were very fortunate to get richie again!!!!!! i highly recommend best towing and if you are just lucky enough you may end up with richie!!! we were blessed not only to have hom once but twice!!!!!

As a previous truck driver, I know what the law is and he apparently doesn't know how to stop for the safety of children. Being inconvenienced for 10 seconds to keep children safe is the law.

We found out we could not completely fix it without a dealership scanner to complete the job, so once again we left our truck with him.
