He picked up our vehicle, took it back to his place and stored it until we were back in town with the part to fix it. We found out we could not completely fix it without a dealership scanner to complete the job, so once again we left our truck with him. He delivered it to the dealership the next day, and explained the issues and even offered to go back and pick it up if we could not get there during the dealers open hours. His pricing was great. Very fair! He went above and beyond with his communication and professionalism. Highly recommend this company!

Given the emergency nature of my drive - and 200 miles south of my home, I felt like panicking. Instead, I called 911, and soon Bill, a driver for Bob's Towing & Recovery arrived. He came to change the tire so I could drive to a tire store for a replacement. When Bill was unable to remove one of the lugs, he put my car on his truck and drove me to a tire store, where they confirmed the damaged lug - which they had to cut out and replace. I want to give the highest review to Bill. I am sure his company his also wonderful, but I met only Bill. I am glad to have met and been assisted by Bill, but, given the circumstances of the meeting, I hope that I never meet him again.
