It was a special cake for my niece's graduation, so it was important to have for our family celebration. This could have been a sad story, but FATD staff went above and beyond to make their error right. All of the staff, esp the Sunday morning manager (who I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) were so great and made sure that I left with a comparable cake to serve at our graduation party. Above and beyond customer service--there's no other way to describe it. I was already a fan but today they earned my family's business for life. (Their desserts are damn delicious to boot!)

Odd request but it's a thing. A big surprise but we got a free choice of a pastry at the end, which was really nice. My kids picked flan and said it was light, firm, but still creamy. Not too mushy.
