We offered 3 options to our guest and I have to say all three of them received high praise. 1. Crab crusted Halibut 2. Braised Short-rib 3. Cornbread Stuffed Chicken A starch, vegetables, rolls and salad made for a great meal. They even offered a cake cutting service which made the entire night feel stress free.
