This is truly a gem! They really live up to their name with everything made from scratch, including their cocktail sauce, and the fresh seafood. We found the food to be really great value for how fresh the food was and the quality of the ingredients . The very welcoming owner comes around to each table to say hi and we even got to meet the Chef who is trained at Michelin star Saison in San Francisco, but came back home to his roots here in Kansas. Only thing I would like to see different is plate them with the bacon less crispy and more chewy. $16 for six pieces was fair for the quality of this app. For my main I had been thinking about the Chicken Roulade all day and I wasn't disappointed. Nice crisp crust on the chicken every part of the dish complimented the overall flavor and presentation. $32 was fair for the quality of this dish. Service was def emphasized and onpoint. Doh! ‍ I got the maple chili Brussels which were by far the best thing!! They were so yummy and perfectly made!! The puff pastry chicken pot pie didn't look like the picture and was ok, but nothing to write home about. Yes the drinks were Christmas themed but didn't come with a Christmas look that other pop ups offer. They are also pretty expensive for what they were. Also I assumed that a "limited menu" would would mean more than puppy chow and a cheese spread. Just pretty disappointed with the experience, The staff were really nice though!
