I paid $ 95 for this plant that on the second day the leaves began to go down and fell. I spoke to the owner Renne a lady that needs to learn about business relationship/customer service. She doesn't live in Miami area full time, mainly in central America. My point is that I spoke to her when I realized that there was something wrong with the plant and she told me what I should do. I have done exactly what she said and the plant died. At the very beginning I asked her to exchange for another plant and she refused to do it. Very disappointing! : ((((( read more

Small little place but don't let that fool you. They have so many unique planters, glass drop rope hangers, baby succulents, succulent arrangements, rocks & soil, tons of plant options. The girl that helped us explained how to care for the orb. We found this glass house & inside I put a little chair. They had more options to add more chairs, a table, coca cola bottles or beer, all handmade into these tiny objects. They also have handmade jewelry & more. The place is clean, peaceful & unique (beat of all). Highly recommend giving them a peek. You will leave with something in your hands. read more

Do not purchase anything here. The owner is extremely rude and unhelpful -- as is one of the young women that works there. I purchased 6 plants from here. While there there was a really nice person working who gave us super clear instructions on how to care for the plants (she said she had been working with the shop owner for 15+ years caring for plants). One of the directions she gave us was to not water the plants until the following Monday because she had just watered them all. I followed the instructions perfectly because I had never cared for a plant like this before. Despite following the instructions one of the six plants was struggling. I took it in to see if they could help by either nursing it back to life or giving me a new plant. Instead I was met with rudeness and aggression. At first they accused me of lying that the initial lady told me to wait to water Monday. They said the people that work there know never to give a day because all plants are different. I asked them to call her and she confirmed my conversation. Next they accused me of placing the plant in an area with too much light or an air vent. I showed them of a photo of where I placed the plant and they confirmed it was perfect lighting and they could see there was no vent nearby in the photo. Their solution for me was to give me 20% if I bought a new plant which I found to be offensive considering I followed their care instructions to a T. I would have continued buying from here but due to my treatment I will never purchase from here again and I will let my friends know they should do the same. read more

I haven't had a chance to order yet, but the staff at the Mt. Dora Blueberry Festival were very helpful . I took a card and lots of pictures so when I returned to Wisconsin I could visit the website and place my order online. Hopefully, these orbs will do as well UP NORTH . . . My mother was gifted a plant from here for her birthday. The plant started to die after a few days-the care instructions that came with the plant were properly & carefully followed. We contacted Kreative Gardens and could never get a hold of the owner. She will never respond. They make sure to post "All sales are final" all over the store for a reason. Buyers beware. read more

Nursery prices are still left on their 'for sale' plants and when I double checked to see if a price was correct, she unapologetically told me no, informing me that it was actually $20 more expensive. She also couldn't tell me the actual name of a listed 'very rare philodendron.' Assuming they kokedema everything to justify their jacked up prices. Will certainly not be returning. read more

Love this place. Saw them for the first time at Tropical Park Farmers' Market on a Saturday and fell in love with their unique root orb system. Loved the mini orb succulent plants. It was my first time in Kreative Gardens during the bird road art walk last month. I wanted to go into this store because from the outside it looks so interesting. It's a really neat store, they have really nice plants and materials. I'm started to make terrariums at home. I had been trying to find small plants and I finally found some here! I bought a small succulent that looked like a tree, and two "living stone" plants that I had never seen in stock Miami before! They also had a money tree that I wanted to buy because it was so pretty with their root orb that I had never seen anywhere. The owner was really nice and friendly. She helped me with advice for which plants I could group together, being that I'm a novice at gardening. They also have a lot of furniture that looks weather down that gives the store a really cool feeling and setting. I know that I'll be visiting the store again. I forgot to mention that I also bought moth to place on top of another terrarium I was completing! read more

What a great place! Very cool vibe and lots of interesting plants and related products. The prices are very reasonable too. We bought 15 bromeliads for table centerpiece decorations and each one had a moss ball at the base which looks way better than a plastic pot. The staff were very helpful and offered creative design tips and ideas. They also have a booth at the Coral Gables farmers market Jan-March each year. Great selection of mini succulents too. read more
