When I approached the payment window, the employee behind the counter was focused on her cell phone and walked away without acknowledging me. After waiting more than 10 minutes, another employee assisted me. I was also charged a credit card fee that was not disclosed or posted near the register. To make matters worse, after leaving, I realized my credit card had not been returned to me. When I went back, I was told it had been left on top of a computer for me to find. Customer service and basic courtesy seem to have declined significantly. Unfortunately, after this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
