You could see that my foot was broken on the original x-ray. There's no way anybody looked at it otherwise they would've seen it. Dr. Katzen was my doctor and he was absolutely terrible. So thank you for misdiagnosing my injury which I had to get surgery 10 months later for because you guys couldn't see a simple break!!!

The professional and personal attention provided helped alleviate anxiety and worry. The helpfulness of the woman at the front desk was immediately apparent. Tony Amato in the ER intake took my blood pressure and was thorough, professional, and genuinely caring. He established a smooth process, and his personal connection to my high school wrestling coach made a difference. He was the best! Derek was also professional and likable. His positive demeanor helped alleviate any worries. He was a real pro and was incredible! The PA Kristen Gallery who saw me demonstrated an incredible understanding of my emotional needs. She seemed to have a background in psychology. Her empathy and insight brought me to tears in a positive way. I was so grateful for her ability to address both physical and emotional well-being. She was beyond amazing! I can not say enough about her ! The intake person equally amazing and though. She handled my insurance needs was also exceptional. She took the time to address system requirements and ensured all data and addresses were accurate, guaranteeing that bills would be handled properly. Scott provided excellent care during exit. His friendly demeanor and support made the end of the visit as positive as the beginning. The experience at Mass General Brigham in Edgartown was transformative. It instilled a sense of comfort and reassurance. The staff's dedication and commitment to patient care exceeded expectations and gave hope.
