When my husband came home, I, of course, asked him about his very first massage experience, and he said he literally felt the best he had in thirty years. Money well spent! Which by the way was $65.00 plus tip for an hour. Not bad. He said Randy definitely knows what he's doing and how everything truly does connect. The unfortunate thing is that Randy will actually be leaving in the next few weeks to open up a practice in Beverly Hills (our loss, their gain), but he gave my husband the name of another therapist there (a young lady whose name escapes me, but my husband has her card), with whom Randy has all the confidence in. I don't know why a few women on here would give Randy a bad review, but when I asked my husband if Randy seemed like the kind of guy these women described poorly, my husband said confidently, "No, not at all". Our opinion on that is that people don't really understand massages, pressure points and how everything connects. It's not sexual, it's science -- and sometimes that means digging in one muscle to unlock another. My husband understands that and didn't think anything bad about it-- it's a shame a couple of ignorants try to ruin someone's reputation simply because they don't understand. The owner puts up Groupons for people to purchase but then refuses to actually book appointments. She said they only take walk-ins for Groupon customers, and if she's busy, she just won't take you. When I asked, "Okay, so when are you available?" her answer was basically, "We're never available right now." I then asked, "So how am I supposed to use my Groupon?" and she told me to just keep coming by every day until she decides she has time. That has to be a joke. So according to her, I'm supposed to waste my time and gas driving there day after day on the off chance she might feel like honoring something I already paid for. When I told her this felt like a scam - selling Groupons that customers can't realistically use - she didn't seem to care at all. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. There are plenty of other places that actually respect customers and honor what they advertise. This one is absolutely not worth it.

The owner got very agitated when I told my complaint and got even more upset when I told her we would only tip $5 per person max. I've Spent too much money to be disappointed this many times. And yes I did arrive 5 min late, either way you had another appointment scheduled at 9 and you still had to rush my massage and give me a poor service just to get extra money in between clients when you know hours ahead of time that I booked an hour massage. I left a tip even after the lousy job. I tip when it's earned not when it is DEMANDED.
