Had a 90 minute massage today probably the worst deep tissue massage I've had in years. It started with the masseuse stepping on my back which was ok but the rest of the massage was nowhere near a deep tissue worst than a regular massage. She will massage on one spot like my calf or my arm for a few minutes like barely putting pressure and the rest of 1hr and 15 minutes felt the same . Not sure if she was falling asleep or on her phone or something. I also had to put my own shirt on the whole where you put your face on to avoid the bad foul odor as if the sheet hasn't been changed for a while. Never coming back on this place. read more

I believe her name was Diana, she did a GREAT job. I'm a big dude so I need a lot of pressure when I get a massage, and she was more than up for the task. I had a really bad knot in my shoulder, and she got it out. Even for the short session, I feel great. Recommend calling ahead to book but I believe they do walks in's too. Massage was great. However, the service was horrible. I booked a couples massage for my partner and I. When we got there, there weren't enough masseuses so we had to wait about 15-30 min before someone came and started our massage. During the massage, the masseuses kept chatting with each other. They kept giggling about their conversations. At one point during our service, they asked if we wanted special oil. My partner initially agreed but then they mentioned it would be extra so then we politely declined. As the masseuse was going to get the regular oil, she told another person in the back room in Chinese "they can't pay extra for oil??" We didn't need special oil, so why should we pay for it? They thought that they could talk in Chinese but I understood everything... At the end of our service, they practically held us up at the door until we tipped the both of them. Booked a date night couples massage for myself and my wife. Called on Monday for a Friday 5pm appointment. They took my phone number only. No deposit was required. When my wife and I got there, they told us our appointment was at 4pm. I clearly stated I called on Monday for 5pm. They had it wrong. And she said they "waited for us" but no one came. If that's was the case and you had our phone number, why wouldn't you call and see why someone didn't show that had an appointment? They asked how long we wanted a massage for and we told them one hour. They said they already had a 5:30 booked. So they couldn't fit us in. We drove over 40 minutes to get here cus they apparently had good reviews. We paid our babysitter to watch our son just so we could come here. So disappointing. Don't recommend this place, they don't have organization. They need a better booking system than just taking a phone number. I clearly said 5pm on the phone and they wrote down 4pm and then don't even call to see where you're at. read more

Diana's name was mentioned a couple of times, saying that she was very good, so I made an appointment with her and sure she does know what she's doing! I have plenty of experience with massages in different places, and believe me, I had a good feeling as soon as I entered this place, the first time today, a very clean & calming environment. Per Diana, 5 girls work here, all licensed. I saw multiple licenses were displayed in the waiting area. Diana did a great job, I'm telling you, she has magic hands! My neck & shoulder tensions have released a lot. I have just a couple of minor comments (1) answering the phone once during massage, I figured she was performing front desk duties as well, in the massage room, lol. (2) talking with other employees during massage. Again, these are very minor comments and can easily be fixed! I just had to mention these because this is a very competitive field, and such a small thing can make or break the deal. For me, overall, I had a good experience and definitely will come back! I bought  promotional $90/2 massages, 1 hour each. I paid an additional $10 for hot stone & essential oils for better results. I thought it's a good price. I'm very skeptical about some places. I saw their sign 20.00 massage, so I went in. She said it's 20.00 for 15 minutes 40.00 for 30 minutes and so on. I'm like ok I'll try it out. Now when I come here I always make an appointment to get Diana, try the hot rocks wow, so worth it. The place overall was ok nothing to be wowed over. The girls there were nice but hard to understand and communicate. The masseuse ask the level of strength I wanted which was nice. What I didn't like is that we didn't get explained that the hot rocks and anything else was extra charge. But most of all what I didn't enjoy was that we didn't get our feet done, how can a body massage not include the feet, this is the first time that has happened at a massage place.
