The makeup artist, Cam, did an amazing job! She talked with me, laughed with me, overall just made it a pleasant experience, and she was *KIND* about the whole thing. Tre photographer, Joey, was marvelous. He communicated what he needed for the camera, Wry professional, yet, was *KIND* about the whole thing! We were assigned Reena and Roderick as our main photographer and videographer, and Ben and Tuck as the secondary photographer and videographer. They gave such clear direction to ensure the photos came out the way we wanted. All 4 of them were respectful, professional and very accommodating. We had an extensive list of photo combinations we wanted with the bridal party, our parents, wedding sponsors, and extended family and the Dean Michaels team managed to capture every single moment. I'd ask Reena last minute if we could take pictures at different locations and she would be so accommodating and the photos came out perfect. We are so glad we went with Dean Michaels. It's always tough picking through hundreds of wedding photo companies but my wife and I really liked the style of Dean Michaels which provided a good mix of dramatic and traditional photos without being too over the top. Then the photos came out terribly- could not see my family member's eyes through his glasses in ANY photos. We are not being picky- the glare was so bad it looked like he had no eyes! My iPhone camera would have taken a better photo. Then they tried to charge us 55 dollars even though we had the Groupon for a bundled canvas and studio fee.
