It's been 10 ish years since I had them done and because of the type I had done, she was honest with what she could/couldn't do. After a few days, I made the appt. The appointment was pretty seamless as she explained everything in detail. It was an easy going experience. The topical helped take some of the sting away but it IS on the brow bone so there was a little bit of discomfort. Once all done, she ran through aftercare and provided a small care package. As for Jenny and her services themselves, I have been there 5 total times now and she has treated with me the same respect every time. She is very thorough and professional with her microdermabrasion services, and even shows you the unopened packages for the tips she uses (without having to ask!). I won't say that the microdermabrasion part is the most relaxing because sometimes it hurts, ha! But Jenny makes sure to warn you of every step she's taking, how long it's going to take, etc., and then tries to reduce any discomfort immediately. Afterwards, there's a cooling mask that calms any irritation down. Bonus points for having massaging leg sleeves during the last 5-10 minutes while the cooling mask is on. I was expecting to have a really red/raw face after my first time, but I was able to go right back to work and actually felt even better because of the additional massage time. 3. Additional tips/perks: Pay cash if you want to skip the additional credit card fee. After your first time, buy the microdermabrasion packages in bulk to get a discount that's similar to Groupon (and it's fine to pay with credit card for this part because it's built-in to the larger package price). As soon as you schedule your appointment, you'll get a couple texts with all the details so that you can add it directly to your calendar.

I was in town for a wedding and booked a massage and blowout…read more They were 25 minutes late for my massage appt and the therapist was way too light even though I requested a deep tissue massage when I booked the appt. I gave feedback twice to the therapist during the appt asking for deeper work but it was not on par with other massages I've received. (I explained to her that I was a licensed physical therapist and former professional dancer and was used to/needed deep tissue work.) The hair blowout with Pam was excellent. I would recommend her highly. Front Desk was lacking in communication, accuracy and customer service skills. The massage therapist said she was told a different time from what was confirmed to me. (I was confirmed for a 2:15 start time and massage didn't begin till 2:40. (my blowout appt was booked for 3:15) I was then given a 45 min. hands on massage but was charged the full hour at deep tissue rates. (their website states this: Deep Tissue Massage $85 / 60 minutes Yes-according to the clock in the massage room, I was worked on-hands on- from 2:40pm-3:25pm which in anyone's books is 45 minutes. The therapist had the audacity to stand there when I was paying and said she gave 50 minutes "on the table" which was bogus. And since the website stated 60min massage not 50 min. that was also deceptive. I had neither the time nor interest in arguing. Given that the front desk was aware that the appt started late and ended early (as I asked several times if the therapist was ready for my appt) they should have issued a discount which I requested, but instead they stood firm on pricing. I will never go back there (and I visit that area often) and have advised my local Jersey friends to stay away far from this establishment.
