I always scheduled early morning appointments since I suffer from cluster headaches and prefer to get in and out quickly, and I made them aware of this. I've never missed an appointment. In recent years, prices have kept going up, and now there's even a new credit card fee. I still planned to keep going because I liked that Dr. Dijour's office was clean and well maintained, and in the past, I had recommended them to friends and family. My appointment today was set for 8:45 AM, but last week I was out of town and accidentally left my phone at home. When I got back Sunday night, I saw their text and confirmed as usual before going to bed. When I arrived this morning, I was told my appointment was removed because they require confirmation 24 hours in advance. I don't recall being told that, but I could understand it. Still, given my perfect attendance, I expected some benefit of the doubt. Instead, they only offered me a new afternoon slot, knowing I only do early mornings. I honestly feel this was intentional. I've also informed the receptionist in the past that any calls or messages must come from a phone that is in my contacts because my phone is set up only to accept phone numbers in it, if not it will not ring. Anyway, it time to try someone new just a few blocks down on 516 in Old Bridge.

She also makes herself very available for communication in regards to questions and booking. My tans with her last about 3 weeks or a little more and for me when it's starts fading it just seems like I haven't been back in the sun to "tan", no running colors, no blotchy color, has faded evenly for me. However please remember all skin types are different. She also has started carrying her own self tanner solution which I have purchased to assist with maintenance. It comes with exfoliating gloves and a mit for application. The size of bottle is larger than most self tanners, so you are getting more product as well and matches the Brownie shade I currently have, which is perfect.

In general, it seemed like they are more concerned with getting individuals through than with offering high-quality service.
