I received the email for the policy change October 6,2023. The policy was effective October 1st, 2023 (5 days after). I called to make sure my credits were still available. They said it expired in June 2023... No email, no phone call that my credits were going t expire before June 2023. I only received notification on October. Again, I was told on April 2023, that they do not expire. The manager refused to let me use my credits. They essential ripped me off and stole my money. DO NOT GO HERE.

Terrible customer service, rude and dismissive. I was debating on purchasing a package, she put the charge through while I was still asking questions about the package. I got an alert from my credit card company and she said she thought I wanted the package and would have to refund me. One week later nothing was refunded, and when I called to inquire she refused to listen and said it would have to go through corporate. When I asked to be allowed to explain the situation she said no you're done and hung up on me. I went to the location and asked for her name but she knew it was me and she literally said "I'm not giving you my name". I will never return to this location unless she no longer works here. If EWC is concerned about rectifying this awful customer service, I can also provide a photo of her so they know exactly which employee needs to be dealt with.
