Way better than the store I was at last night. Back on track to not being disappointed. Fresh, delicious, sugary light pillows of sweet heaven disintegrating in your mouth. Fresh & warn off of the conveyor. Friendly warm kind service. Attentive and smiling. Clean place. Clean bathroom. Forgot to mention in a previous post a couple days ago at a different store. They have sturdy tops on their coffee. They stay in place attached to the coffee cup unlike some other places. Not sure when these red tops started as there aren't any of these stores near where I live in Connecticut. Great addition. I was here around 7:00 on a Thursday night. Great service.

So yesterday morning, around 10:20 am, I went through the Krispy Kreme drive and at the speaker I ordered specifically 2 cinnamon sugar donuts, 2 pink sprinkled, 2 blueberry, & 6 glazed, a medium iced vanilla latte, & a medium iced caramel vanilla speciality latte. I get to the window, pay & am handed my box of donuts. They're like "have a great day!" & I'm like "we had 2 iced coffees?" And they're like "oh.... What size? Small?" And i said "no, mediums." And they say "OH! We're out of milk. Sorry! I didn't charge y'all for it".......... Then why ask what size at the speaker? Why not say that? So as I'm driving off i open my donut box... 0 glazed donuts in box. A full assortment. That's not what I asked for, or what the receipt said. So i go inside and order half a dozen glazed. And this is what I see on the counter. The workers are obviously lazy, and do not care about their customers. Next time, I'll go straight to Golden Donut.

This location is located right in the heart of a wide variety of shops and restaurants. It has a large, open parking lot and the inside is spacious as well. I went in not really knowing exactly what I wanted. There were a few families inside, but no one in line. A young lady was behind the counter of donuts when I walked up. I looked for a while, she never greeted me or bother to ask what I wanted to order. After a brief awkward stare, I said hello. She said hello, but just stood there as though she didn't work there. I told her what I wanted and asked the price of one of the seasonal products. She seemed really confused and another person eventually came over to ring me up. The donuts were great, the experience was blah.

I wish I could give this store a negative 10. The workers there are very unprofessional, rude and incompetent. I went in to the store because the drive through was to long. The worker there I believe his name was Trevon was extremely rude and incompetent. He asked me what I wanted twice and I told him 6 original glaze he said okay it's going to be 20 minutes I said okay and stepped aside. He then started preparing the box and another customer came in and the box he was preparing for me he gave it to the male customer who came in after me and no it was not a door dash order etc the man paid at the register. I let that go and waited for my order patiently. My order is ready he states it would be 14 dollars I said no I ordered only 6 he looks at me with an attitude and walked away he did not offer me a sorry or ok I'll fix it he didn't say anything. He then fixed the order he rings up the donuts I say okay and very nicely I say I have military Id because they offer military discount at the store he then LIES straight to my face and says on no we don't do military discount on half a dozen only on a full dozen. I said that's not true. He insisted that it was true when I knew he was incorrect. How did I know because I went there two days prior and ordered the same thing and the female employee who took my order called the manager over and then applied the discount. After I told him that he walks away and goes to find the manager who was in the back , who then applied the discount without any problem. The problem I have is that because he wanted to be lazy and not do his job he lied to me about something so minute. It's not about the discount because I could of went without it but it was the principle that he was a terrible worker who shouldn't work a customer service job or the front of the store if he doesn't have any integrity or doesn't like working with people. I really wish I could get a refund because my donuts were terrible and looked very stranger then how it looked when I purchased it a couple days ago. I absolutely do not recommend this store. In my opinion they need a brand need afternoon team. I will definitely be doing the survey at the bottom of the receipt because this is terrible I walked in the store pleasant and Happy because the red light was lit and I wanted out very disheartened and upset I attached photos we tried the donuts it tasted off we didn't eat the rest

We stopped in here the other day for an afternoon treat and decided to go inside and sit down. Neither of us had been inside a Krispy Kreme and we both we happy we stopped in. Only the best donuts of all time. Open till midnight and has a drive thru. Quick & great customer service. And you gotta get that birthday celebration deal. Buy any dozen of donuts and get the second dozen only for $0.78. Yup! It's great. read more

These are the best donuts you can get from a chain in the country! I recently moved to Boston and MA doesn't have a Krispy Kreme. I miss it a lot. The donuts are always great and never stale. Friday and Saturday night all night they are Hot and Ready! Can't wait to go back!!! read more

Great doughnuts, but terrible customer service. I've been here three days in a row, but today I went in waiting to order and the lady Chrithia just didn't acknowledge me at all. I had to be standing there atleast 5 minutes ready to order. Then 2 other customers came in after me and she just asks them what they would like. I then spoke up and told her "you know you just skipped me twice."She then says yeah whatever. Definitely makes me not want go there again. read more

How does a DONUT shop NOT have 'original' plain donuts at 4pm??!! And this isn't the first time I've had this issue with them! Plus, they didn't know how to apply their own coupon to the order and charged my card twice, so I had to call them back to get it straight. I only gave them 2 stars because WHEN they HAPPEN to HAVE original donuts and actually charge you correctly, they're AMAZING. read more

I haven't been to this place in a while, but tonight we were driving by and the hot sign was on. We decided to stop, went inside, and was told the "hot doughnuts" would not be ready for 5-10 minutes! There were some cake doughnuts on the belt that were hot and I asked what kind they were. One worker said they were glazed cake but I couldn't buy one because they were for tomorrow. The manager said they were pumpkin spice and I could buy one but they were an extra 30 cents. I decided to get 2 anyway since the only reason I stopped was because I wanted a hot doughnut. We paid over $9 for a dozen mixed and came home only to discover the hot doughnuts were in fact plain cake! When I called back to tell them what happened a lady answered the phone and I told her my story and she said "Oh, hold on", and laid the phone down and NEVER CAME BACK! The doughnuts tasted like the grease was old, too. So disappointed. read more

We stopped in here during a trip to Columbus mostly just to use the bathroom, but once the…read moreteenagers saw the hotdogs, they had to order some. The place had a great retro vibe and a large seating area outside. We ordered several hot dogs at the counter and the were served fir quickly. The kids wolfed them down so didn't get any pictures, but they said they were delicious.
