Unfortunately, today's experience has seriously changed how I feel about this location. I placed my usual order in advance--a Detox Island Green. When I arrived, my sticker was on a completely different smoothie that was cream-colored rather than green. That's fine, no big deal. Restaurants make mistakes. But the response afterward was really unacceptable. When I pointed out that the drink clearly was not mine, the staff seemed annoyed rather than apologetic. They agreed to remake it, but the entire interaction felt as though I were inconveniencing them for asking them to correct their own mistake. When the replacement was ready, the employee walked past me, placed it on the shelf directly in front of where I was standing, said nothing to me, and walked away. I was bothered enough by the unnecessary attitude that I called the store afterward and asked to speak with the manager. I explained what had happened. The manager's response was simply, "Okay," and then he ended the call. No apology or concern. Nothing. That was actually more disappointing than the original interaction... A simple "I'm sorry about that, we'll remake it for you" would have resolved the entire situation in seconds. Instead, I was made to feel as though I had done something wrong by expecting the smoothie I ordered. For a customer who has supported this particular location extremely frequently, this is a poor way to handle a very simple situation. Until the customer-service culture at this location improves, I would recommend choosing another location.
