This is our go-to location for donuts when we want to buy a large batch for the staff at our school. Unfortunately, it has been a disaster the last two times. A few months ago, we made an order online, and when I arrived to pick them up, they had given the order to an Uber driver by mistake. We brushed it aside, and they had to change the order as they didn't have the items anymore. Today, I went to pick up our order that was placed yesterday online, and when I arrived, the lady said they didn't have some of the items. I was shocked as how could this happen again and it was 730am? I probably would have brushed it aside again, but the lady was just apathetic and had a bit of an attitude. On top of it, she was proposing an exchange that wasn't comparable to the previous expense. We did sort it in the end, but it left such a bad taste in the experience. Unfortunately I don't live near a Krispy Kreme but whenever I find one in the vicinity of where I am at it is a must stop. And today was the day. There is nothing, absolutely NOTHING better than a warm fresh original glazed from Krispy Kreme. I mean it literally melts in your mouth. It's like a soft pillow from heaven. UPDATE-- 4:5 times you will be disappointed and regret the visit no matter the day/time you go. Something has happened over the past year here with management, training, or corporate oversight that has taken this location in a nosedive for quality, customer service, or anything above a neutral experience. Things have become bad enough that there's been surveys filled out (cold glazed when H&R light is on, stale specialty donuts, no gloves on when handling money and opening donuts to change out, arguing with a fellow employee while serving customers, etc) on with one callback saying they will make this right. Didn't known what to expect but received: "one free glazed donut" coupon. This store has also removed their once generous (50% off only donuts) military, police, & firefighters discount all but completely. On a previous visit was told the new owner removed it and it's gone completely, then spouse/father went there and were offered 10% off as a one-time exception. Finally, when pulling in drive through, the smell of trash is horrendous. Bin lids kept open for large dumpster sandwiches you between store back door that is wide open to air out the smell of poor cleaning habits the previous shift left...again, regardless of day. Stopped by for some donuts and coffee! The guys working here are very pleasant and courteous. However, the establishment appears to be understaffed as the cashier is also making the coffee and getting the donuts for the in-store customers. Another staff member is manning all the orders from the drive through window. We waited what seemed like forever in store until it was our turn to order. I think drive through may have been a faster option. Nevertheless, our cashier greeted us with a friendly smile and apologized for the delay. I have visited this Krispy Kreme location a couple of times and I have not been disappointed. I enjoyed the donuts I ordered every time. My favorite so far has to be the classic glazed donut. If you take donuts home with you, then here's a little tip: warm them up in the microwave for about 5 seconds. They get extra soft and gooey. The donut practically melts in your mouth. In regards to how they're operating during Covid-19, the last time I visited, I was able to place my order on their website for pick-up and then I was able pick up my order at drive-thru. I love Krispy Kreme. Who doesn't love these donuts??? Everytime I go over to Krispy Kreme the ladies that work there are always polite and peppy. They always ask me about the rewards and they always offer me the special. They are on point at this store. Krispy Kreme donuts are also AMAZING. There is literally nothing wrong with them in my eyes. They are always hot, warm, and melt in your mouth delicious. I get the coffee because I can't be eating donuts from here (sigh). The regular coffee is good. Taste like Dunkin Donuts coffee if you want to compare to another brand. Light and tasty. I usually get it with just cream.
