I noticed this Krispy Kreme location has a few mixed reviews, so I wanted to share my positive experiences. Honestly, I don't usually write reviews for Krispy Kreme because I've always thought of them as being the same everywhere--but this location has really stood out to me. The staff here are consistently kind and welcoming. I also learned something new during one of my visits: when the hot light is on, you get an extra donut--something I didn't know before! I typically stop by in the mornings on my way to work, and I'm usually in and out within three to five minutes. On the few occasions when the drive-thru line was long, I went inside instead and still received excellent service. The location itself is convenient, with both a drive-thru and a walk-in option. The drive-thru is on the smaller side, but it works perfectly fine for a donut shop. Parking is also adequate, with enough spaces to accommodate customers. If I had to note one area for improvement, I'd say the dining area could be a little cleaner at times, though in fairness it often seems to be the result of customers leaving right before me. Staffing also appears to vary depending on the time of day, but overall, I think they manage customer flow well. Overall, this Krispy Kreme has been a great stop for me. I've been a huge fan of Krispy Kreme for years, but this location has been a constant disappointment. This is the second time I've come here expecting to grab some donuts, well before the listed closing time of 11 PM, only to find it closed before 10:30 PM. Why advertise hours if you're not going to stick to them? It's incredibly frustrating to plan a trip here, thinking I have plenty of time, only to find the doors locked and the store dark without any explanation. If there's a legitimate reason for closing early, it would only take a small amount of effort to communicate that with your customers--whether by updating your hours online, posting a sign, or even letting people know ahead of time through social media. Krispy Kreme is supposed to be about delivering joy through fresh, delicious donuts, but this kind of unreliability ruins the experience. I shouldn't have to wonder every time I visit whether the location will actually be open when it says it will. It's a waste of my time, energy, and, honestly, my patience. This location needs to do better. Consistency and clear communication are basic expectations for any business, and right now, this Krispy Kreme is falling short. The "hot light" was on! My girlfriend had never experienced a hot Krispy Kreme donut, so I had to bring her here when I realized one was in the area. She was in heaven. I bought 1 dozen Saturday Sept 13 and the glaze was slimy and I assumed it was because they glaze was still warm. I drove all the way home to Largo, still slimy. I left them on my counter overnight and in the morning still slimy. At no point did the glaze ever solidify. I know the donuts themselves are no longer made in the restaurant at the were many years ago. Just reheated and passed through the glaze waterfall but this only affects the texture of the donut and has not bearing on the recipe for the glaze. Quality has been going down for years and I will now never buy Krispy Kreme donuts ever again. I tossed the 10.5 remaining donuts in the trash what a waste of $15. read more

This is a love-hate relationship in that I hate to love these little suicide bombs....but I do. It is a 5-star in sweet addiction....There are no doughnuts in the world like a Krispy Kreme. However they have no food value and consuming these on a regular basis will harm your health and thus the 2-stars. No food is worth ruining your health. Just had the worst customer service at Krispy Kreme. We were the only ones there and she was rushing our entire order. When we got there , the gal worker was doing a to go order. So my husband and I were looking at the donuts. While she's packing up the order again she says we'll what do you want. First I was thinking boy, she's fast. Then was ridiculously rushed. What else? Placed an order for two dozen glazed doughnuts online and when we got there we gave the lady running the drive thru my name she said "a who", while trying to repeat my name she says "just pull up to the window". I've been to KK's all over the country, I'm almost every state & this is one of the worst. The building is decaying, what's on the menu is rarely there (so this time it says just ask... really?), and the people are basically rude. I have not been to this location in over 30 years. I returned to it and drove up and told them the story how we used to use Krispy Kreme as a fundraiser when I was growing up. Mmm..... There is nothing better than a hot,fresh, glazed doughnut from Krispy Kreme. The problem with this store though is you can't get much decaffeinated coffee here. I went in asking for a decaf iced coffee one night and was told that they can't do that. OK,how about a latte decaffeinated, nope we can't do that either. Only product that we can give you is a Decaffeinated regular coffee. Kind of strange from a place that sells coffee and donuts. But, gotta love those hot glazed donuts. read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would. My friends and I were very excited to get our free dozen of donuts from this Krispy Kreme during the Graduating class of 2023 promotion. Upon arrival at this specific establishment, not only were we greeted with a lengthy line, and drive-through only option, we also were met with no Krisp nor Kreme. The entire store was closed without updated hours or any indication of closure. We were very disappointed as we drove half an hour to retrieve this graduation gift and we're unsuccessful.
