I ordered about 6 glazed yesterday and 6 chocolate doughnuts. They were so stale. Cost too much to be serving stale doughnuts.

The donuts smell and look great but no one working was wearing masks so I don't feel comfortable eating them right now. They had on gloves but I'd expect that they would take all the basic precautions to keep customers healthy since the donuts are uncovered. I'm trying to support local businesses during this crisis but KK management doesn't seem to gaf. Guess I don't need really donuts anyway. I've been here a few times and I normally have nothing bad to say, but with all of the information available to now, it seems irresponsible for a business to operate so recklessly; especially in food service. read more

This was my first visit to an actual Krispy Kreme location and unfortunately my last. At least at this location. I've had the chain fundraiser donuts at work functions but never got to try the specialty flavors before and decided to try them. The donuts looked beautiful. The girl ringing me up was young and obviously not experienced or trained in customer experience and how to fake being jovial and welcoming. Her apathetic approach to donut slinging didn't matter as much to me because I didn't care if she liked me I was there for delicious donuts which is what I expected to eat. I spent just under $30 dollars and received a box of very beautiful, but stalest donuts I have ordered in my life. People throughout my life always bragged about how fresh and delicious the donuts are in the franchise stores vs the supermarkets and gas stations. I was over the moon excited to finally experience the hype. I honestly feel like I was blindsided or baited and switched it was so bad. I am sooo utterly disappointed. For example the 4 Apple fritter box I was given was broken filled with hard small pieces that looked like someone took a fritter waited till it was hard dropped it to break like glass and then put it in the box. I did not get 4 big beautiful bear claw looking Donuts. I instead received 15-16 small Hard frosted pieces that I would imagine a week old Funnel cake that's baked in the sun tasting like. Then the Fall Harvest box I received was completely deceiving. It was visually stunning but every single donut was hard and stale. I must admit I was completely confused how every single donut was sooo hard because there were several times the girl filling the box had to tell another employee to bring a new batch from the back. Her having to do that really upped my expectations that I was in for the most fresh and yummy donuts I have ever had. I'm not sure if the franchise owners know how bad their products and services are being received but this was by far the worst donut experience I have ever had and that includes gas station donuts. Franchise owner, please have your staff review your donut training and food handling because this location is not following brand practices and procedures. I'm probably not going to come back to this location. I'd assume you're losing a lot of customers based off my personal experience. For your sake I hope my experience is a rare occurrence but seeing the star ratings I'm going to have to assume it's likely not. I wanted to love my experience and come on here to brag to the world. How can a place be sold out of donuts that they make? I went in at 10:30am to pick up an order to be ready at 10:00am, placed 3 days ago, for 2 dozen Elf specialty donuts and a dozen variety of filled donuts. I was told that the Elf donuts were sold out and they could try to replace them but I would not get my money's worth! A courtesy phone call would have been nice! Congratulations on making the worst Krispy Kreme donut EVER!!! I was driving by and saw the "hot donuts" sign on, alerting all who pass that warm donuts are available and decided to go through the drive through. Asked for two hot originals and a raspberry filled. Paid cash but didn't get a receipt. Then I waited a few minutes for my donuts. I'm pretty sure the "warm donuts" were MICROWAVED!!! I normally am pleased with Krispy Kreme donuts but I had such an unpleasant experience I had to share it I went at 4:00 and their supply was dismally low. I couldn't get what I wanted but bought what they had anyway. I wanted to give my phone number for the rewards program but the order taker cut me off saying at the window. I also wanted to tell him I had a coupon but since he cut me off I drove to the window. I gave the coupon to the man and he closed the window so I could not give him my number. Then he refused to take it afterward saying I have to fix it myself. Then he scolded me for not telling him that I had a coupon. I was going to but he cut me off. I'm proud to say that my family and I have had three great experiences here this year! We received consistently hot, delicious donuts provided in a friendly, hygienic and caring manner. They tasted fresh, not microwaved. The order came out quickly and was correct. I wonder if in our instantly gratified post Covid-19 world perhaps we have become more suspicious and hypersensitive. Or maybe service is lacking therefore a gentle correction might be in order. We should try to allow others (yes, even those who place your donut orders) a small room for human error (grace). I start by saying that there was no signage saying they only do drive thru right now and the line was halfway across the parking lot. I ordered on the app for a mixed dozen. They waited until I got all the way to the window to tell me they were out of blueberry ( my husband's favorite). Overall not the best experience at a Krispy a Kreme. Sorry guys, but in all my years of eating donuts from Krispy Kreme, the original glazed from here were the WORST I've ever had. I ordered a dozen original glazed which are usually fresh off the glazing belt. The first box was not fresh at all, so I asked for another. Krispy Kreme is the King of Doughnuts. Like I've said before other doughnut shops make cupcakes with holes in the middle. The Doughnuts here were hot, fresh and tasty. The milk was cold. The customer service was wonderful. The girls working here were so friendly. It was easy parking here. We were in an out fast. Look for the Hot Sign. It's the sign for hot, heavenly doughnuts. My whole order was completely wrong. They weren't even the flavors I ordered. I can't eat them and no one I know or who is in my house wants them so I have no choice but to throw them away. With this being the only Warner Robins location, the expectation is QUALITY. Alas, the experience today was extremely bizarre. While the staff was pretty prepared for the crowd lined up for the BOGO sale, the attitudes and lack of sanitary consideration lacked. Main cashier was nasty, loud, and barely made eye contact enough to acknowledge who she had or had not cashed out. Also witnessed several boxes hit the ground, be picked up and still utilized. Additionally, doughnut lifting utensil was dropped several times and only mildly "rinsed" off before using to again retrieve glazed doughnuts from belt. Extremely dissatisfied and may not return until changes are made. First time in a Krispy Kreme and it was a real disappointment. I asked a couple of questions and the woman looked at me like I was a complete idiot and then she got annoyed when they didn't have what I was hoping for and just ordered two donuts. We were the only two in there and it was not close to closing time. If she had been the least bit friendly, I probably would have left with a dozen. I found the KK donuts I was looking for at Kroger but they were disappointing, too. Krispy Kreme was only in Minnesota for a short time, but they used to have donuts that were filled with buttercream (at least that's how I remembered it) and these were filled with something similar to Cool Whip. The donuts were fine - a little smaller than what I would normally expect from a Krispy Kreme. The cashiers were also nice enough. My real complaint is that this location changed a national promotion to their advantage: There is a Valentine's promotion at participating Krispy Kreme locations where you buy ONE dozen donuts and get a dozen cards (that include gift certificates for free donuts!) for free. This location said they were participating in the promotion, but you had to buy TWO dozen donuts. What a ripoff...Krispy Kremes in Macon are following the national promotion, so I will be going to one of those instead. read more

I used Krispy Kreme's online ordering system to order a couple of dozen donuts for pickup Wednesday afternoon. Well, the donuts were ready when we got there, but only about half of them were actually the flavors that I had ordered online. "We don't have the stuff to make those!" we were told, and then, when we asked why they were they available for order on the web page for the Warner Robins store, we got, "Yeah, we wish they would take those off of there." Whoever "they" is either needs to get their act together on the web site or, I'm thinking, maybe fire some folks at this KK since they couldn't be bothered to let us know that our order couldn't be filled (they had a contact number...which, I would think, is why they ask for one...for situations like this) as ordered. Anyways, as it turned out, the donuts they had picked out for us were some of the more disgusting, nasty tasting things that I've ever tried eating in my life. The ones that were actually the flavors that I had ordered were...okay...but surely nothing to write home about. Needless to say, I won't be wasting time or money here again. If you really like their plain glazed donuts, then I guess this KK would be fine for you since that seems to be the only kind they really know how to make well, but otherwise stay away. If you like donuts with any type of filling in them, I wouldn't recommend this location. VERY little amounts of kreme filling whenever I get them from here. Same goes for the cake batter and custard filled ones as well. Their service has always been great and fast, but who ever makes the donuts needs to try doing something else.
