If Kevin & Amy are so proud of their restaurant, maybe they could tighten the reins a bit and train these young folk up with some BASIC customer service skills. Greeted cheerfully and with a smile, eye contact, repeated my order back to me, thanked me and was pleasant the whole way through. I watched he with the next customers and it was the same. I've walked past this place a few times throughout these past few days, and there are ALWAYS lines of cars. The 2 times I've been here, families are always uniting and dining together. It's nice not to have to deal with riffraff while eating. The first time I had Culver's, I had a normal butterburger. I remember it was really good. The fries too. And it was JUST enough food. But this time around, I ordered a bacon deluxe, w/out a bun and a side salad (cuz I need to cut down on my carbs), but without thinking, I got a raspberry vinaigrette, that has 10 grams of sugar. I caught it before emptying the packet completely. Anyway I digress. I was still hungry, in lieu of not having the bun, so i tried the QR code at my table, and ordered a grilled chicken sammich (no bun). Both the burger and chicken were PERFECT. Hot, fresh and moist. I personally think the bun help makes the burger, but still good to me. The place is pretty clean, and all the employees were super nice. There were like 4 of us chit chatting while I ordered. And it's also nice to have your food brought out while dining in. My only gripe, which isn't even a store issue, was trying to sign up for rewards. It kept asking me for information that I had already input, and bounced me around to a couple different pages, frustrating me, and then after everything is submitted, it turns around and tells me there was an error on the web page or something. So I just said screw it, I don't eat here often enough to even use points. All in all, I will be back eventually. I did not get photos of the food this time because by the time we got our food it was about an hour after getting there (we were there 10 mins after they opened). Then they forgot my kids chicken strips and we were almost done before they brought them out, Ridiculous! Then when the bill came out they charged $3.50 for a soda that was included with a kids meal because "well we gave her a bigger size". Thats great I didn't ask you too. She still drank the same amount whether it was in a big glass or kids cup. They did take it off the bill which was nice. Then after paying the bill and got back to our friend's house we noticed they charged us for their appetizer, I should have done better checking over the bill so that was my fault I didn't check it better. After an hour and a half sitting there I was just ready to leave. Safe to say this place is delicious Philly Cheese steaks but the wait staff is hit or miss.
