Kristen Jackson, my State Farm Agent and her team are professional, responsive, helpful & accommodating. had a car accident September 17, 2019. My passenger side was hit on a turn by the trailer of us in my truck. Of course at the intersection the cameras didn't work so it was a battle. State Farm thought to be reimbursed and the truck drivers insurance company thought not to reimburse. My agent kept me abreast of what was going on no matter what time I called in today I receive notification that I would be refunded my deductible which means we won. I called the two State Farm agents in my neighborhood and based on my phone conversation with Kristen Jackson had no doubts about the exceptional service I would receive when I moved my policies. Kristen had me come in to her office to review my polices. She took the time to evaluate my circumstances and made personalized recommendations for insurance and finances. She didn't push or oversell anything. Over the last 10 years I've removed polices, added polices, made changes, etc. and have always received prompt and courteous customer service. Kristen Jackson, State Farm is always willing to help me asses my needs and ensure I'm covered -- I have 10 policies/products with State Farm and I feel secure knowing that should something happen I'm covered. (I have 3 life polices for me and my family, 2 auto polices, 4 property/liability polices, and a State Farm credit card. I was told that if I finance my next car with State Farm gap insurance is provided -- that may be my next State Farm product!) I had been with this agent for years. My policies were transferred from a prior agent who retired. I didn't choose her, but I stayed after she became my agent by default. I should have transferred to a different agent or company right away after I first realized that she did not value my business. In one instance, I contacted her office and requested they check all of my policies to ensure that they were up to date. I was assured they were. I was shocked to learn that my policy lapsed not long after my call. The owner refused to return phone calls when I requested to speak to her specifically. She let her agents handle business that she should have handled as the owner, like fielding concerns. My homeowners policy was canceled after I filed a complaint with State Farm. When my policy premiums should have decreased, mine increased due to lack of oversight and inattention. They should value and appreciate their customers' business enough to learn what individual customers need. I would never recommend to my friends, all who are home and business owners, because of poor service. read more
