O stars-but I had to click 1 star to submit-definitely lower than 1 star. Does anyone use Nathan Enger at Statefarm on Springfield Pike, Wyoming? Arrogant and Inept- Rude and Incompetent. We have been with Statefarm for 35 years and had numerous cars, boats, scooters & homeowners under Statefarm policies. Previous agents retired and then came Nathan, (the nightmare agent). He consistently had an attitude when I asked questions, and would be irritated if I didn't always completely understand the intricacies of the coverage. He was never forthcoming with any savings. Many times I would have to call him to get our policies to better accommodate our family's needs as they changed over time. He was usually impatient and irritated by the inconvenience of explanation and was mostly quite impolite. His tone was often harsh and his words were jarring. Over the course of time, I moved some vehicles to different insurances. (Geico is much better on scooters and Progressive has an awesome price on antique cars). But most importantly, they are competent and polite. Well, today he clearly showed his ineptitude and arrogance when I called to move our remaining insurances out of state. I was shocked by the barrage of denigrating and disrespectful remarks. So much for 35 years of patronage. He actually hung up on me! I was shocked! I guess he doesn't realize that poor business etiquette can haunt. Geico here I come!! read more
