This is a place I never would have stumbled upon without Groupon. It is located in the back of a totally unimpressive office park. No waterfalls or super spartan spa setting, but do you really need all that stuff for an awesome facial or massage? My answer is no. My facial was with Kristen, the namesake of Kristen's skin care. She is very professional and gives a great facial. She does all the awful extractions (not that she is awful, I just hate extractions) but makes up for it with a great massage and skin treatment. She has taken care of the blemishes on my face and makes my skin look vibrant when I leave. Finally, I have never experienced a "hard sell" from her trying to get me to buy products, which I have experienced with other facials. If I want to take home the exfoliating scrub, I will ask for it, otherwise I really like to enjoy the experience and not feel awkward shooting down a sales pitch. I also have had a massage with Kristy. It was also wonderful. I have gotten massages in the past where I have felt that the massage therapist was a little rushed. With Kristy, she doesn't go by the clock (I mean you aren't going to get a two hour massage for the price of a one hour massage), she gives you a full and complete massage and I have never felt like she was rushing to get me out of there. Kristy really gets in there and works out the kinks in my back and neck, without making me feel like I have been through the wringer. But she can be very gentle too. My knee is very tender due to training for a half marathon and she really respected that and was also concerned about her pressure on the muscles attached to my knee. Overall I have had nothing but a great experience. I have already returned once since my initial Groupon visit and I have another appointment coming up in a few months. read more

I agree whole-heartedly with the previous poster. I also purchased a groupon and was very pleasantly surprised. The facial was very thorough and included wonderful shoulder/neck/head massage. (Probably wouldn't scheduled a massage the same day in the future.) The massage was wonderful, too. I've purchased several groupon massages and this way by far the best. I have felt I didn't get my money's worth with some of the others, even at groupon prices. Not here - it was great. Not much on atmosphere but I don't mind getting a better service in exchange for fancy spa digs. read more

This past Saturday my partner surprised me with a two hour session for a massage and facial. I haven't experienced either. I believe the massage therapist name was Michelle but I'm not completely sure. She was wonderful. She focus on all my high tension areas and I have never felt anything like it. She was really great. Also Lauren did my facial. I had my first ever skin peel and full out facial. I currently have a break out issue on my face from shaving and just daily stress. I don't get them regularly and have never had issues before. I was nervous about having anything done to my face because of the current break out. she did a wonderful job. My face has already shown a major difference in just one day after the facial. Also, I love the atmosphere. it is very quiet, dim lighting and earthy. The office is completely closed for just you. It was literally only me and my partner. That is great because you usually don't get that with doctor offices or other places. I really liked the private atmosphere. Both specialist were very welcoming, nice and made me feel comfortable. Everything was great. I think my partner used groupons for the service so I recommend check it out if they ever have more available. i will be on watch for those myself. I can't wait to go back. I would like to use the same specialist because I now trust them and their crafts. They were awesome!!! read more
