Today I had some work done and one of the hygienists gave me my numbing shot and I barely felt it at all. Everyone here does great work. Grateful that my insurance is accepted here so it's also been affordable, too. Getting an appointment isn't too tough, though cleanings can be a few months out if you need to reschedule a standing date, but they also have a last minute appointment wait list and they can reach out to you via text, so getting something sooner isn't hard as long as you have some flexibility. Facility is also VERY clean, comfortable, and modern!

I had two small molars that had root canals (about 20 years old) that failed. He offers laughing gas for any nervous dental patients. I felt guilty for using it but he was supportive. He is patient. Dr. Dobracki or Dr. Keith, explained the technology. He makes you feel welcome. The friendly, skilled and helpful hygienists, office managers and account - insurance specialists are very helpful. They sent me a detailed receipt when Basic Flex requested it. The hygienists are supportive, skilled, and friendly. My teeth are spic and span after a cleaning. Destin, the therapy dog is a sweetie. If I ever move from the area, I think I will have to fly to my appointments and camp somewhere!

Dr. Grant is not only an exceptional dentist, but she is also one of the most compassionate and genuine people you'll ever meet. She takes the time to listen, explain procedures, and ensure her patients are comfortable every step of the way. I switched to Comprehensive on a recommendation from a friend after a new job's dental insurance…read morewas not accepted by my longterm dentist. While I have always found the front desk staff and dental hygienists incredibly friendly, the office business practices and my overall experience surrounding a dental crown left me unsatisfied with my care and a new anxiety around visiting the dentist. 1. Many people have mentioned their up front billing methods and constant attempts to upsell patients. While I cannot confirm that I was specifically overbilled for any procedure, I did feel like I constantly was having services pushed on me for extra fees. I also noticed at a certain point they stopped asking me about a flouride treatment that was an additional fee and just started completing the treatment and asking for payment. While this wasn't a massive strain on my finances at the time, it could really cause issues for patients who are on strict budgets from month to month. 2. I had a crown put on in March of 2021, in October of 2023 the crown fell out while on vacation out of state. I was able to book quickly to have the crown put back in but was frustrated with the brushing off my concerns around how quickly it seemed to have issues. When I returned for my normal cleaning a few months later I expressed my anxiety and fear of the crown falling out again and my concern about flossing around the crown pulling it out. I felt the doctor dismissed my concerns without any real empathy and I left the office without feeling at ease about this. 3. When I was without dental insurance for a time and was not able to afford a visit due to strained finances they did offer me their insurance plan which was more than the cost of the cleaning. I'm not sure why they thought I could afford that but not the cleaning. They continued to refer to this and all of their services as an "investment" which for me personally felt gross (though this could be a petty complaint on my end). I have since been able to return to my longtime dentist and am much happier. I do NOT recommend this office, but I do sincerely hope their services and practices improve for the sake of their patients and staff.

They were covered in-network by my insurance (MetLife), and they were able to fit me in for an emergency appointment right away. I was also able to make an appointment for a cleaning the same week, since I needed one anyways. Every person I came in contact with from the receptionist to the assistants and dental hygienists were super friendly, gentle and helpful. Despite my rocky dental history (my childhood dentist wasn't great - so I have a mouth full of fillings and a couple of crowns), they were patient and made me feel comfortable and supported. I also really like the interior of the office. I think most dentist's offices are dreary and bland places filled with white, grey and tan walls and furniture, and random/outdated decorations. Not here - this place has a really charming bare wood interior with sparse but well-placed colorful pieces of art and big windows that let in the sunshine. Great experience overall - my only missing star is due to the cost. From what I can tell, they charge more than some other dentists (and I could always save more money)... but it might be worth it for the refreshing change of pace.

As someone who does not like to go to the dentist, Dr. Trullard is careful, considerate and understanding. She does not do unnecessary work which is evidenced by 40 year old crowns still in my mouth. Dr. Trullard monitors the health of those teeth but doesn't tell me it is necessary to replace. Her office staff is professional and friendly; they also understand my fears and take good care of me. I have referred patients over the years and everyone sticks with her. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Trullard, which says alot for this person that HATES to go to the dentist.

The front staff was very friendly and all three spoke as soon as I walked in the door. They were very welcoming. My hygienist (Cathy) was very pleasant and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Cornish was my dentist. She was very friendly and put a permanent filling in for me. She was GREAT!!! She talked and was very friendly and made me feel at home. She ask if I had any questions and told me not to hesitste to call if anything came up before my next cleaning.
