My post op instructions has a phone number no longer in use. Everyone is nice but the level of disorganization feels like it can and will affect your health. The day of my dental procedure I called and asked if I was suppose to be taking an antibiotic the front desk told me that was not necessary. When I got to my appointment I asked again and the dental assistant and doctor were both pretty shocked that I was told I didn't need an antibiotic. From my experience the quality of your care here will be dependent on how proactive you are for advocating for yourself.

If she didn't hang up on me, I would have simply rescheduled. Yes. She hung up on me. Stay away from whatever is going on at this location.

Just proceeded with scheduling deep cleanings when all I really needed was to get a tooth pulled and the hole closed. Totally unnecessary and expensive. Unless you think your money and time are endless, I would avoid this prima donna.

WASIELEWSKI after my wife had an incident with a tooth and we are very thankful that we did, we feel strongly he is a brilliant and amazing surgeon and an amazing human being. His skill sets are immense and comprehensive. By absolutely no stretch of the imagination, my wife had a major issue that we came in with, and right from the first consultation Dr. Wasilewski put us at ease with his personality and demeanor, all doctors would be truly fortunate if they possessed even a fraction of what Dr. Wasilewski possesses in terms of soft skills and true ability. On a small side note, I had a highly impacted wisdom tooth that really started bothering me and because we had met Dr. Wasilewski through my wife's case I scheduled an appointment for my wisdom tooth extraction even though my tooth was highly impacted Dr. Wasilewski did an exceptional job with it. Additionally, all the people working there are very kind and caring. They have a wonderful team. In closing, in our humble opinion, Dr. Wasilewski is outstanding, and we would very highly recommend him.

He consulted with me, took images, extracted the problem tooth, installed a new implant, and I now have a much happier mouth. I found Dr. W and his staff to be quite personable, communicative, thorough, and professional, all with a smile. Every step in our process was taken mindfully, and with the patient's mental/physical well-being as the top priority. Upon conducting a thorough Google search, we stumbled upon Embree Dentistry. After my first call to the office, I spoke with Kristy, I knew that we would be well taken care of. For my first couple of visits, the first being an evaluation, they were quick to reschedule if anything came up or notify me if they were running a little behind. I greatly appreciate this level of transparency. There's nothing worse than waiting in a reception area for your scheduled appointment to open up! The hygienists are highly skilled at what they do, especially Jenny. When I am there, I see Doctor Heys, who is great. I waited 6 days before they acknowledged my request for an appointment, knowing it was an emergency situation. They need a man to help run the office to make sure things get done, because clearly this all-women thing just is not working.
