This is actually great for the food turnover, keeping it fresh and hot. It would benefit them to look into moving to a larger facility within the main area of the town (maybe buy out the Hidalgo's building?). The ambiance is nice, and there are TV screens usually showing some sports event. Overall, you are missing out on a hidden Chinese buffet gem if you don't visit this place.
