He told us about the specials, which I chose to get the pork chop special of the evening. It was absolutely divine. My Husband ordered a chicken sausage, lemon type pasta dish, that was very fresh and delicious. The Italian salad was outstanding as well, and the bread was so good. We will be back! The only thing- upon arrival the sauce and risotto were cold and the fish was super hot. The zucchini was also not included, however, the server quickly brought me a small dish of it... just cubed zucchini that's fridge cold... so issues with temperature but overall a great dish! The appetizer pasta... meh... it had a very strong beef and cheese taste, very strong. The dipping sauce was wonderful and the pickled red onion on top was a 10 out of 10. But let's be honest I didn't come there for wings. I just love wings. The star of the show should be the pasta and the sauce. The veal in my opinion was overcooked, and it was tough, and the spaghetti and meatball tasted almost identical to banquets frozen version of spaghetti and meatballs, and I love that. The food is just not worth the price. The bread was good. Food was really good; the calamari was best we've had in a long time. My eggplant parm was decent, portion size was generous without being too much, though it needed a tiny bit more salt - probably should have said yes to more freshly sprinkled parmesan cheese! Hub upcharged the squid pasta with shrimp; it was almost too spicy to me but he said it was just right. I was over the moon happy with the wonderful tiramisu. Service was friendly but timing was off - my red wine ordered before entree arrived half way through the dish and our water glasses went dry. Food was fresh and tasted amazing. I got the chicken Alfredo. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the Alfredo sauce was the perfect mix of creamy with real Parmesan. He got the spaghetti and meatballs (I tried a bite) and it was also the perfect ratio of sauce and noodles. We shared the bruschetta board, the bread was delicious, the tomato's were good but a little on the spicy side, and the pesto was very herby. Service was excellent, and the whole restaurant was decorated for Christmas so it was perfect. Will be coming back to try other things, this place was AMAZING! read more

Stopped here for dinner on a Sunday evening. Before we get started I would like to point out I did not have lunch on this day and rather than push back my feedings, decided to wait it out and load up on dinner. I don't regularly eat this magnitude but don't get it sideways I know how to put it away when I want to. I called and made a reservation for 2 at 7pm. They close at 9 on Sundays so I figured this would be plenty of time. We had to Uber 18 minutes northwest of where we were staying so coming back I was hoping that wouldn't be an issue. Upon checking in I noticed they weren't busy. Several different types of seating, and there was a guy playing guitar as soon as we walked in. Interesting addition to the ambience. We were sat in another half circle booth in the bar area which wasn't crowded. Ordered drinks and a napolatena pizza as our appetizer. This was very good as you can see from the picture - light bright sauce, small mozz balls melted and crisped on the top and fresh cut basil on the top. Crust has crispy skin and light and fluffy inside it. Wow. Good start. For the entree I was between three things: carbonara, cacio de pepe, and chicken parm. I wanted to try all three and just take back leftovers but I decided to ask how big portions were. The waiter said that with the cacio I would have some to take back. Challenge accepted. I order the cacio de pepe and the parm. His eyebrows raised and said ok as if I didn't know what I was getting into. He needs to google me sometime. The cacio de pepe was VERY GOOD: Sauce tasted like it was made from scratch - light with the punch of the pepper, the noodles: a thicker hollow spaghetti also tasted hand made as well, so good - I polished it. The chicken parm was GOOD: the sauce was very viney meaning the tomatoes did all the talking, but with that came the orange greasy oil that pooled in the bottom of the dish. Pasta was a little overdone but the chicken part was great. For dessert we shared the limoncello cake which was more puddling like composition, which was good, just not what I expected. I asked for a drip coffee which was not good at all and may have been a re-ran Keurig pod. Very bland. Good news is I didn't come for the coffee and everything else was very good. Our waiter was the bartender - older guy close cut white hair - soft spoken and an attentive type. This place was worth the 30min Uber ride wait afterwards. Great meal. read more

Reservations recommended as our party of two did not have one. We were offered a spot at their full service bar but opted to sit outside. There seemed to be a huge party (28 people!) sitting outside that may have thrown them off. Wanted this to be a good experience but it wasn't. In the end we left without ordering. read more

We've had mixed results here after eating here about 5 times over the last couple of years. If it was more consistent we'd probably be there once a month but the 3% "restaurant adversity surcharge" is likely the nail in the coffin for us. Pasta dish noodles were inedible (tough, chewy, undercooked) for one patron's meal in our party. Others tasted her food and agreed: It needed to go back to the kitchen. Waitress rolled her eyes and minimized the patron's and table party's opinions, insisting that's just how the order is served. The dish truly was inedible. The patron asked to return the dish and order something different to go by this time, since others at the table were finishing their food by then. Waitress again rolled her eyes but complied with the request. When tickets were distributed for payment, this patron noticed extra service and container fees on her bill for the replacement dish she wasn't even able to eat. Others in the party reviewed their tickets, and some noticed similar tracked-on fees. Manager was requested regarding these extra fees plus a question about taxes charged for the extra 20% service (labor) gratuity. More eye rolling, this time from the manager, who argued that he pays taxes for employees, so he passes that on to customers. Eventually, slight adjustments were made to some of our tickets. By then, our entire party was annoyed and couldn't wait to get out of there. Pass on this place or plan to lose 2+ hrs on exceedingly slow service, food that may or may not be cooked thoroughly, plus the need to audit your bill carefully for tacked-on fees. The eye rolling, smirks and attitude over a severely undercooked dish are not worth anyone's time and hard-earned money. Spare yourself and head down the road to Olive Garden. Always enjoyable, comparably priced -- and no staff eye rolling or attitude! read more

There were 16 of us tonight. One meal, the pasta was not done and the server said that is how it was supposed to be cooked! Have you ever had a pasta dish where the pasta was not to be cooked through? Then, ticket came... They charge for every little thing. If you ordered a dessert to go, you were charged for the Togo container. Gratuity was included, which was to be expected, but there was a Gratuity Tax on top of the gratuity amount! I have never been charged a tax for providing a gift for service. Also, there was a Service Charge on top of everything! Still do not know what this is...or what it was for. Manager, when questioned, said, "I'm not going to argue with you" and could or would not provide an explanation for any of the additional charges! Very rude. Needless to say, we will not be back sand other groups that I am in will not grace their doors either! My suggestion is that everyone quit going to Napoli. If we as a group show this establishment that all of these nitpicking charges are not to be accepted, then maybe things will change. read more

We had a wonderful late lunch today with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Our service was spectacular and I have enough leftovers to cover another two meals! The cannoli was my favorite of the desserts we tried because it was not too sweet; you can taste the various layers of flavor. The chicken parm was not on the lunch menu and not they still accomodated my request to have it at 2:30pm. This was a fantastic dining experience. I look forward to my next visit. We had a reservation for 6 PM and got there on time. Waited about 15 minutes to be seated and another 15 to 20 before we got water or drinks. One of our party ordered a Dr Pepper and received a Bourbon and Coke. Good thing they were of age because they were never carded when presented with the drink...to which I may add, they couldn't drink anyway. We waited about another 25 minutes before anyone came to take our order for food. Since we were there for a birthday dinner, we chatted more than usual amongst ourselves. It was then that we noticed 45 minutes had passed from the time we ordered and we still had no food. When we finally got our food, it was hot and looked delicious. But looks can be deceiving...Oversalted Lasagna, undercooked spaghetti noodles and bland meatballs. No Parmesan cheese offered. We noticed that other people who came in after us leaving because they had already been served long since. We went on a Thursday night, so I'm not sure if that played a part or not in the delayed service. It is on the smaller side, so beware of a high level of noise while dining. The restaurant itself is nice enough. The hostess was for the most part friendly. I will say that for the amount of money paid per dish, in my opinion, the meal itself was not worth it. read more

I ordered the ranch meatballs and made my own sandwhich. The meatballs were oh so godly. Creamy finish with the ricotta, tender savory and slightly tangy meatballs with the tomato sauce and crispy grilled bread with a touch of salt and butter. For my sandwhich i ordered a round roll with proscuitto, fresh muzz, vine tomato, chicken cutlet, and balsamic vinegrette. The sandwhich was super melty and the rich herbiness of the pesto gave it an excellent flavor. The fries were also perfect. Like i could not come up with a better way to make them better. I really wanted to like this place but it was a miss. Our waiter wanted to memorize our order (which is great when it works) but unfortunately got most things wrong, and also forgot our drinks. The food was average, nothing incredible. Chicken marsala was bland on the inside, sauce too sweet, and pasta was as overcooked and mushy. Felt like Olive Garden quality and was really disappointed. I got the Spaghetti Nero, it sounded a little scary to try but it was amazing! If you like seafood i recommend you try it. My Boyfriend got the Lasagna and said it was really good as well. I booked a Mother's Day lunch for 1:30pm a week or so in advance over the phone, no issues. When we arrived we were told they we couldn't order off the menu because it was a buffet. I was never told that over the phone and I wouldn't have picked there to eat, especially at 1:30, close to the ending of the buffet. Reluctantly we stayed since it was Mother's day and surely every where else would of been booked up. Considering it was towards the end of the buffet the food was barely warm, and we didn't have enough time to get more than one plate of the main food. By the time we had our first plate the food was put up and the desserts were very low, unsure if any were made in house. The quality/time wasn't worth the price. $30 a plate for a decent buffet is not a big deal but again, barely luke warm food. Unfortunately we won't be going back. Really let down by the experience. The server was nice, and is the only reason I didn't give it one star. Lamest Mother's Day lunch I've had in years. read more

My review is only considering only one element and that is their most popular dish. While it is creamy and there is no offensive combination it is not a particularly bold flavor. The goat cheese is delicious... but the serving size is absolutely pitiful. Five shrimp and a small spoonful of goat cheese could only be interpreted as an insult at the price of $22. I can find equally bland food at Olive Garden and yet I will receive more of it. Not sure why everyone rates it so well when objectively their best dish is mediocre. More goat cheese, more shrimp, better spices. Really not hard people. This small portion is not gourmet it is simply a small portion. Do with that what you will. read more
