My well pump stopped working today, it would trip the circuit breaker after running for a few…read moreseconds. A few neighbors recommended Sweeney so I called them just before lunch. They were able to come out same day and by about 4pm they troubleshot the system, removed 7' of built up sulfur debris from the bottom of my well casing, Installed a new pump, wiring and check valve. They had the replacement parts in stock on the truck so they didn't have to go drive around looking for them. Pretty amazing, and they were happy to show me many small details they watch to make sure the installation is built to last. Crew lead Mike was awesome. I haven't gotten the bill yet, but the service was topnotch.

Frustrated, I contacted a pump company who immediately directed me to Chris and Superior Well Service. I called and explained the whole situation , he said he would be passing my house on the way to another service call and he would take a look. He was knowledgeable about my settling system for the well, brought his tools in and replaced the control panel and made all necessary inspections in a short 20 minutes!! What began as a full overhaul of my well by a different company ended as a fast, efficient service call from someone who really knew his trade! He will be my well guy from now on. After reading several great reviews of Rockwell Well and Pump and seeing one of their trucks across the street at my neighbors house ,I decided to give them a call . Dave came out right away and gave me some options in getting my very old well serviced and running properly.He stated that he could try and locate my well and try to repair it if possible or drill a new one.Since my well was very old and there were no records of it to be found we decided to drill a new well. Dave stated that he was extremely busy but would try and complete the project by the end of the year,weather permitting Im very happy to report that Dave and crew were able to complete drilling my new well and installing a new pump as well as a new pressure tank!!! They…read morewere sent out by my also worthless home warranty company last summer to assess a well pump issue. Without doing any kind of testing, he tells me I needed a new well dug! First, that's not a covered item and to dig a new well the depth that we have would cost me well over $25,000 (not a typo). When I balked at that idea he said, "Okay, I can put it in as a well pump replacement". RED FLAGS!! I decided to postpone doing any work. Fast forward to this year, I filed another claim and thankfully another company was sent out. They diagnosed it as a well pump replacement. I asked if I needed a new well dug and they looked at me like I was nuts. They did the work, and I paid my out-of-pocket share of $1,600 to him and HSA would cover $1,500, the limit for covered well pump work. I thought that was it until I get a call from the contractor saying HSA only paid him $1,000 because HSA told him they paid $500 to Krizan Well last year. Shortly after a heated conversation with HSA, Krizan Well called me because HSA asked him to (???) but didn't tell him the reason and thought I wanted to complete the new well pump (which is admitting that he did not do any work for me last year). When I asked why he charged HSA $500 when he did zero work he said "I did a lot of work" and when I pressed him to tell me what he did for $500 he said "I had to spend a lot of time on the internet looking up stuff to give you an estimate". SERIOUSLY??? $500 to look up the cost of a well pump and to send me an email estimate? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. If your warranty company assigns them, insist that they assign a different company.
