Second, I had a huge swarm of ants, so I called and yes it was after hours and left a message with the answering service. They never called back. I called Truly Nolan again, and finally got someone out to my house. I called and asked for a manager, and his best explanation of why they didn't call me was " I have no idea why I didn't see the message" I had some work done and they needed to come back and finish the job. I waited a couple of weeks.... Nothing. No call no follow up, no one scheduled the follow up. I finally texted my tech, he has no idea what happened and why the office didn't schedule the follow up. They now want to come when I'm unavailable and asked if they could just come in ( as in my house) while no one is home. Heck No!!!'

(1 bug) After our conversation I sent him a picture and he walked me through on what it was and what to do. Now mind you I'm not even his customer yet but he went above and beyond in helping me. Thats what I consider great customer service. I know if and when I need this service, he will be the one I'll be calling.
