To which the technician responded the secretary was new and the best they could do would be $450.00. No phone call was placed to the office by the technician to confirm. Needless to say, we no longer wish to conduct business with Johnny Bugs.

I have had no sleep and when I lay down in my bed the roaches crawl over my pillow and down my back. & all over my face! I never had this many roaches. A few months ago we noticed these teeny tiny ants around the kitchen sink area which we later learned are known as ghost ants. They treated that problem successfully and we signed up for quarterly service. Really .... these technicians know their stuff ... for the initial treatment they took off some switch plates to deal with the ghost ants ... went up in the attic. Just had them come back for a renewal of the fire ant treatment. They are not only knowlegeable but also follow up to ensure we aren't having any issues.

He stated its on the back of the contract that they do not report mold. Claims you need a special license to do this. It not true. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
