Nasty half rotted nat infested produce. Third trip today to get meds. From pharmacy that should have been there the first time and then told we'll maybe tomorrow after 3:00pm. Meat department never bothers to stock meat coolers before leaving in the afternoon. You can't get the products you want cause shelves are filled with garbage , dictated by the highest bidding manufacturers. NO MILK, CHEESE EGGS, YOUGURT OR DAIRY OF ANY KIND and not ONE (1) SIGN ANYWHERE STATING THE FACT. IRRESPONSIBLE INCAPABLE NONCONCERNED MANAGEMENT. This is a review for the wine and growler part of the Kroger. Great selection of beer and wine on tap. 50 cents/4oz sample (limit 4 samples/day). Plenty of sours, IPAs, and dark beer! Grab a pint or two and do your grocery shopping as well! Growler/howler prices are also very reasonable! read more

I worked here and they fired me in my 90 days because I clocked in during the grace period. I was never late but only had grace period clock in. THEY KEEP FIRING POC. Has decided that a federal Passport is not a valid form of ID to buy alcohol. There costumer service is terrible about it as well. They said it's against the law in ohio.... Really because I went to multiple places in BG that accept a passport. So my 150 dollar federal ID is not as good as a plastic 25 dollar state card? What do you do when a foreigner comes? I guess I am done shopping at Kroger's. I hate that they monopolize the big grocery market in this area, wish we had choices like Publix or Winn-Dixie. Always rude, only half stocked shelves, and absolutely no polite staff. I realize all businesses are currently shortstaffed, but there is no reason, when you ask an employee where some thing is, they waive their hand vaguely and say out on the sales floor. If I had a clue where it was I wouldn't be asking you would I? Then, in ringing up several small cordials at the self check out, I had to show ID. That's fine I totally get it! However she was rude about asking for it, and could not care less than she did about her job. Definitely going to avoid Kroger from now on. Overall a bad experience. I know that there are shortages, but from what I understand Kroger doesn't have shortages other than shortages of people to stock their shelves. I like the expanded store since they've upgraded to a "super" store but sadly their customer service has diminished greatly. Their click list feature, while it's a great service, has HORRIBLE execution. When you call and talk to the click list manager she blamed me for ordering something off the website that the store doesn't even offer. NOT HANDICAPPED FRIENDLY! Needed to do some shopping late one night. Went there and noticed that it looked like only the self-serve registers were open. When I asked if there were any full-service registers open the answer was no. Being unable to stand for long periods of time, and needing to buy quite a bit, I did not want to use those. I left without shopping. read more

one of the most craziest places , they hire people to dance and sing. yup they hire people to have fun and play. the place smells like fish inside the employees have scowls and look very unpleasant and scary. the new employee are dancing and singing and playing oh and if you ask for help they say " we got hired to dance and sing" you have no choice to ask grumpy scowls to wait on you. but I mean if I has to work with dancing singing people I guess I would be mean looking. the managers look very over bearing and stalk the employees or so that's what it looks like but they don't bother with the singing new hires they hired. they do not follow minor labor laws . while in line the bagger was asked if he could work overtime , he responded fed with that's against minor labor laws and they said yes but we need your help and it will pay extra.. someone needs to call health dept on the fish stank small and someone needs to turn them in for breaking minor labor laws. they need to stop hiring new people to dance and sing, that's not a pleasant sight for customers. treat your workers better so they are not scowling and just be nice to your people ! read more
