They have a second floor, complete with a staircase leading to their pharmacy, medical supplies, and more retail. I was all up in their toiletries section where I was able to score traveler's versions for the essentials I needed. Customer service seemed to be a little slow, but for the most part was good about helping myself and others find what we needed. The place seemed clean and parking looked limited to street side only.

The NP is personable, listens to the symptoms you've been having and give clear rationale to why certain tests would be appropriate. For every swab that was taken, she talked me through the process and what was going to happen. If you can't reach your doctor over the weekend, Minute clinic is the way to go.

My husband entered and asked where he could drop off a prescription and the lady working sarcastically looked around and said "hmmm wow that's a great question, I wonder where" then proceeded to talk down to him the entire time he was attempting to fill a prescription that he was only given an emailed PDF of. Instead of guiding him in the right direction, they treated him like he was stupid and asked him what he expected him to do with an emailed rx. There were three other people working the counter that were about as rude and did not step in to help.
