I'm not into drive-through washes due to scratches and dents that can occur that no one wants to take accountability for that I often read about, but luckily, I haven't had those issues as of yet. My car was nasty, so it did a pretty darn good job. I knew it wasn't going to be squeaky clean. I would have liked for the front portion, including headlights, to be cleaner, but I am very satisfied. I called a friend who lives in Macon, told him where we were and he directed us to Larry's shop. We made it there a few minutes later and Larry and Gail were ready for us. They quickly got us in and diagnosed the issue as a bad alternator. Two hours later and with a very fair price paid, we were back on the road! Please note this was on a busy Friday afternoon, and Larry recognized how stressful the situation was for all of us, so he went above and beyond to take care of us, when he easily could have pushed us down the line, making us get a rental car and costing hundreds of dollars more. If you're in the Macon area, I highly recommend Larry and his crew; top notch service is hard to find these days.

The texting service they use is so seamless. It provides you with answers quickly even if your service person is t available. It is clear and user friendly. It texts you the services and prices of each as numbers. Then you can choose if you want just number one done or one thru four or whatever. The prices were surprising reasonable. I had a long list of things done including new brakes, a/c service and a towing hitch installed. The location is right off the highway. Checkin is easy and so is pickup.
