Beyond awful experience. The worker started to cuss at me! Unfit for his job. I got. 4 balloons, 2 regular red ones and one big happy birthday one. The large happy birthday one had a printed tag of a little over 8 dollars. The two red balloons had a PEN WRITTEN tag that stated they were 3 dollars and some change. The worker continues to type it in and it rings up as 17 dollars (with some change) I kindly asked for him to check again and that the number looks like a 3 not an 8 as he rang it in. He kept arguing with me and then continued to say "it looks like a fucking 8 to me but I'll ask someone to double check and still say I'm right." I was blown back!! I nearly had tears in my eyes I've never been cussed at before, the woman comes over to argue with me as well but continues to change it and refuses to give me a receipt!! I've tried to call many times but go ahold of no one to address this issue. Shame on your workers. read more

Funny to read everyone's complaints. But seriously this Kroger is atrocious. Start to finish, beginning to end! Produce is terrible and frustrating! They're always out of the sale items. The carts are super old and all drive sideways. This store must be the last to update their carts. Kroger in general advertised that they reduced prices on thousands of items, but I noticed that they also raised prices on thousands of items ! Without clipping coupons your bill is crazy high. This parking lot is scary, especially with how people drive. Nobody cares about slowing down or being courteous to each other so it's tragedy waiting to happen. I can't wait for this store to have more competition in the area. It's just one big cluster. read more

This is my local neighborhood Kroger and pretty much the only game in town if you don't want to support the StuffMart. I have seen a lot of changes to this store in the 7 years or so weve been shopping here and I am not sure they have all been for the better (like getting rid of Starbucks). That being said, it's a good store, tons of variety and I looking forward to see what they do with the proposed expansion into the mall area. Pro's: Friendly cashiers remember you, decent variety of natural/organic, extensive wine/beer/liquor section, extensive dairy choices with gourmet cheeses, deli area is well stocked and well attended, they hire disabled folks to work as baggers (good community partner), excellent pharmacists. Cons: Produce section is wanting; while there is a variety of items and even organic produce, there is rarely a time I am there when there is not something on the shelves that has wilted, rotted or is growing mold. Parking is a challenge due to the odd layout. The produce is a real detractor for me, even with all it has going for it, I can't give it beter than three stars without decent fresh produce. read more

I have avoided this location for years due to the parking lot. It's a horrible arrangement. However I have started shopping here recently during off hours and have been pleasantly surprised. The quality of the meat department is fabulous. The produce section is OK. I have found that meijer has a much better produce selection. My favorite part is the checkout experience. I always get through quickly and all of the cashiers are friendly. I can't say that about meijer which is always a slow half hour long process. read more

This store, consistently, has the absolute worst grocery baggers I've ever encountered. Bagging groceries is not a matching game! And the parking lot is ridiculous. read more

This Kroger has been recently renovated to include a variety of quick service take out options. They've included a natural/ organic section where you could feasibly put together a complete grocery order for special diets. They lack the variety that specialty natural food and organic stores have but the prices on the items that they carry are more affordable than the competition. The pharmacy/ health and beauty section is comparable to a chain drug store, although the prices on supplements are higher but prices on certain types of remedies are lower than local drug stores. The parking lot is not well oriented to the store but one can usually find a decent spot when needed. read more

Changed my bad review to a better one. They have improved parking and keep up on inventory now.

We are at this store seemingly every day. The staff is always friendly with us and their pharmacy does what it can to save us money when we have an expensive prescription. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because of their bottle return area. It's right next to the produce and it's not kept very clean so the smell protrudes out into the store. I usually go to Meijer on Irish when I have bottle/can returns. read more

Great selection. But, the store is basically too big. The parking lot is a crazy mess. Today I decided to get some single donuts. The number of flies that came out when I opened the doors to make a selection was a real turn off. I had forgot about this as it has happened before. No donuts for me today, which is probably a good thing anyway! read more

The old lady at the balloon desk is MEAN and NASTY! I wanted 5 balloons and was told to go away!!! Really?

I generally shop a this Kroger because it is nearby and I can get home before my ice cream melts. I am still trying to get used to the "maze" since the remodel a couple of years ago, but WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FRUIT & VEGETABLE DEPARTMENT? So disappointing! Most of it is in such bad shape, it should be thrown out. I have left many times without getting what I wanted an going up the street to Sam's club. You can do better Kroger! read more

I live in Grand Blanc, and HATE this store. The parking lot is terrible, almost got run over the other day, people not paying attention. Carts all over the parking lot running into cars. The store is SO big, takes a 1/2 hour just to get to the dairy products. I now shop at the Kroger on Fenton Rd., LOVE that store, easy in, and out, and the parking lot is GREAT!!! read more
