DON"T get the Kroger credit card, it's a scam! Kroger advertised that with the credit card you would receive $0.55 back per gallon at the pump with 100 fuel points from purchases, good for a year. I received the card (issued through US Bank) and the first fill up I did receive the $1.55 off the first fill up (I had 1000 purchase points) but every subsequent fill up I only got an extra $0.05 off. Contacted the store, they referred me to US Bank. Called US Bank, they said that that wasn't an offer they were aware of. The (rather rude) customer service lady put me on hold for 5 minutes, came back on, said she would have to file a report, I should hear something in a month, and hung up. I didn't even have an opportunity to ask why I had received the discount the first fill up or say anything. Will be cancelling the card, and shopping elsewhere. read more

We've been shopping here for several decades; and overall, have been satisfied with our experience. Not as large a selection of items as outlets in larger communities (Kokomo, Indy, etc.) offer; there is still a decent variety from which to choose here. The facility has gone through several transformations; but has stayed relatively well-maintained and clean. The quality and freshness of the produce is usually pretty good. The staff vary in responsiveness and attitude; but have generally been friendly and accommodating. We do regret the fish section closing down; having often enjoyed their offerings.(We also miss the Jarlsberg cheese spread.) We've also learned to pay attention as our items ring up, because all too often sales advertised on the aisles, have not shown up on the register. All and all though, this location is a decent enough representative for the franchise; and continues to be our go-to spot for groceries in town. read more

This is the WORST Kroger's I have ever been to and I have been all over the US! They had 1 check out line with a human and the line was wrapped around (probably 10 people long). I saw 4 people (2 inside and 2 outside) walking around with drinks in their hands, that could have opened another line to get people checked out. Who lets everyone go on break all at once if that was the case? Horrible management. I think we will go over to Kokomo from now on. read more

They overcharged my bank by 74$ for a delivery order. They said I have to wait 3-5 days for the money to come back to me. That's ridiculous! I have been seriously inconvenienced and basically punished for simply giving them my business. I don't care if I have to drive out of town every single week for groceries, I will never shop there again. I have officially learned my lesson. This is not the first time I have had some kind of issue with them. read more

I have been a loyal Kroger customer for 40 years and have never had such a horrible experience. The store clerks and cashiers are always pleasant. Management is awful. Item Limits need to be posted on the sale signs on the items in the store. How else do you know what and how many of an item you can purchase? It seems that they make up rules as they go along and are subject to change depending on the person or how the person looks. Both Asst Store Manager's have no social skills in dealing with customer service. I can spend my grocery budget someplace else with less hassle and without being abused by what they consider management. Their own 800 number customer service person got the same nonchalant and rude attitude from the Asst Manager when they called to follow up on my complaint. read more
