They have a new self checkout that is way too sensitive, or malfunctioning. No one is new to the self checkout game, been around for a good decade already. One problem with it is the over-command of this particular one, its constantly stopping the process on its own, you pretty much have to have an employee assist unless you have like 2 items. Sad but having a human being check out is gone from this store as its being aggressively pushed like no other store to use it. Which would be fine if there were more attributes to shopping there, besides a few select things being less money. Kinda sad this store chose this over a remodel or keeping stable stock of food. You can tell the self check is really expensive, too. Someone gave us their cart which was nice of them. We made sure to do the same when we were done. Ruler is under the Kroger brand and their goods are offered at a lower cost than at Kroger. You do have to bring your own bags by I do that anyway so it was cool. Store isn't the cleanest and the employees aren't super friendly but im sure it's not the best job there is and I just want to get in and out anyway. Isles were wide enough for two carts and the shelves were stocked well. The items were marked with pricing which meant I never had to wonder. They even had a few things that I haven't seen in awhile and I made sure to snatch them up. There isn't a large selection of items but if you need cereal or chips etc they have a few brands to offer. It just won't be an entire isle dedicated to cereal or Bread or yogurt. If I lived here this would be my go to grocery store. While they wouldn't have everything I needed it would cover 97% of it and at a discounted price. Who doesn't love to save money on groceries. Also people watching in Ruler Foods is an added bonus and makes the trips more exciting.

My 85" tv has been leaning against my living room wall now for 2 days in hopes my cat wont clime on the tv and break it. While it's not the biggest one I've been to it still has all the wonderful things you can find inside a typical wal mart. Parking lot is very nice and easy to maneuver around. Once inside we noticed they had things that weren't offered at our local wal mart and I was a little jealous of! Very clean store and isles were arranged and filled nicely. It was kinda hard to find employees when we had some questions and they weren't friendly or went out of their way to say hello or be helpful but we managed to find what we were looking for anyway. The employees that we did find did answer our question but that was as far as it went. I guess I'm used to the ones in our hometown where they take us to the product or tell us the isle number. Oh well. Checkout lanes were plentiful plus the self serve was open too which made our visit quick by not having to wait. Something else I'm not used to lol. I'd recommend this store to anyone and would come back if I need something.

Even with insurance I cannot get the amount I need filled. Why is it that I could go a where else and choose to use my good rx, but not your store? I thought you were more concerned in costumer care. I think ur just trying to save a buck yourself. The manager of pharmacy said, while being audited they were dinged for that. Not so though, EVERY other pharmacy allows you to a) use your insurance or b) use the good rx. You just cannot combine both, though. After I explained this to other pharmacies, they said it was a Walmart policy, not anyone else's policy and it wasn't against any laws. I am a single working mother with an insurance deductible of 8,000.00 before my insurance pays a dime. If this is a policy, it was a poor judgement call on someone's behalf.
