This Kroger has no regard for their customers! They decided to take out one of their entrances but left the bottle return in the closed entrance making customers walk outside the building after they return their bottles. This morning I watched a handicapped lady on a walker have to not only walk to return her bottles but had an issue and had to walk back and forth to find help. When she finally got help it was met with an attitude! She was then told too bad they aren't reopening the entrance if it's a problem she can go somewhere else! So that's my suggestion to anyone planning on shopping here go somewhere where they care if a handicapped person can access their store! read more

You shouldn't have customer service. When you don't do customer service. it's never open . Stop the curbside pickup bullshit and you wouldn't be short staffed. Then you could service you customers. read more

This is one of the primary grocery stores I go to in town, especially now that I moved. Their produce section is on par with any in the area. Typically the meats are above other big chain retailers. Dana has been there for years and is always awesome. As for up front, they are for the most part fairly friendly and quick (I get some that aren't as fast). And if they are busy, I do self serve, though I am not about replacing the labor force with robots overall. For staff birthdays, I get the cupcakes here (no complaints). Parking can be a hassle at times, especially if the gas station is busy. I overall, it is a solid option not to far from me that has quality products. I know it's market based but I would love more produce options like sprouts and veggies, but at least this chain comes here unlike Trader Joe's and While Foods which are an hour away. I've never had bad service or a rude cashier/staff though some do more pointing at than walking to and suggesting products. Still better than Walmart for groceries though. read more
