Despite account notes that I want tire ride to provide my transportation exclusively; dispatch continues to ignore the account notes in all caps and schedules me with veto. Agents then have to cancel and rebook entirely. Recently while on hold; after cancelling for provider assignment error; they immediately reassigned to veyo. As patients we are entitled to pick our service provider, however there is no option to select the preferred provider on the ap or when connecting human agent. When trying to change provider with Maya the AI agent, they immediately try to cancel the reservation with no option to rebook. Veyo is patinas service provider and you had 50/60 chance of driver showing up. Without a phone number they won't even show up as scheduled bc the driver cannot confirm prior to arrival. I can only hope that MYM dispatch starts reviewing account notes when scheduling and allow clients to choose provider i a practical way.

My wife and handicap son waited 6 hours to be picked and still had to pay for our transportation. All I have to say, is don't depend on MTM they'll leave you stranded. I wish i could give them a negative star.
