These guys are great. They're capable and reasonably priced. We're so lucky to have them in our town. This is the old fashioned garage that knows how to take care of you, does only what's necessary and doesn't rip you off. It's a welcome blast to the past. Don't let appearances fool you. Kruczek's isn't pretty. Not sure I'd ever take advantage of the water cooler in the office but they'll fix your damn car. A+. read more

This is the 2nd time I have brought my car to Kruczek's based on my friends recommendation. They have been extremely fair, and even drove to my house to pick up a very large Y pipe part from my home as I had no way to transport it to them. They have been super friendly, fast, completely helpful and reasonably priced. I am so happy to have found a garage so near home that I can trust and I know will give me a fair price. For years I have been driving my car 3 hours each way up to Farmington Maine to the garage I trust and I am so glad to have found a new great spot, five minutes from home that I can use here on out. My first experience here was okay, very nice actually. My second and LAST experience was with an older man (owner?) who towed my friend's car from a spot to their garage. This is exactly how far it is from where I live: 0.7 mi, 3 mins. When we went in he acted rude and sarcastic. Then proceeded to tell us he would only accept cash and not a check WHILE I was reading a sign on the counter that read "Please make checks out to...". Hiked to the ATM in a blizzard and got the bastard his $80 that he accepted without a bit of guilt. read more

Five Stars! Absolutely! I've been getting work done at Kruzcek's for 12 years. This local garage has never given anything but great service and quality work to me and my family. There rates are very reasonable too. It's tough to find a garage that you can trust. I went through several in the area that try to make you think you need work done on your vehicle but really don't. Never once had anything even close to that happen at Kruzcek's. They honor there work and and if a problem arises later on, they've always took care of it. Only once did I have to go back a month later. Without hesitation they fixed the issue with my axle seal at no extra charge. A true sign of an honest business. read more
