I have several cars that I have maintained by Price's. They are fantastic! I typically do not ever give a 5 star rating because I think it is reserved for the best of the best, in Price's case, they deserve it. Ex. 1 I have a Ford Ranger that the rims constantly leaked air, so filling them every few days was a hassle. New rims for an old truck, even used ones were very pricey. Price's found a comparable set of rims from a Ford explorer that are the same size that don't have that leaking issue and got them for me for a very reasonable price. I haven't had any problems with the leaking for years now. Ex 2 99 Camry that the engine light came on and would not pass inspection. One garage that we used to get inspections at told us to go to Toyota to figure out the reason for the code. Visited Toyota and they said $!800 for a refurbished transmission.(hahahah), I literally laughed at them. Decided to try Price's Garage. For 2 years it would pass inspection based on the fact that after a reset that it wouldn't code again for a long period of time. On the 3rd year, it wouldn't do that, so the issue needed to get fixed. They ran the code, determined it was a solenoid in the transmission, discussed it with me and we went ahead with replacing it. No more engine light and it has passed inspection. This is an incredible example of working with the customer to get the job done without hassles and huge repair expenses that are not required to get the vehicle on the road. Always, friendly, reasonable, honest, fast and they do what they say. In this world full of people trying to rip you off, it's great to have a trusted mechanic. I work in fixing computer hardware and software in customer service and Price's Garage is an excellent example to me of how to provide exceptional service. they will get my repeat business for years to come! read more

I can't say enough good things about Price's Garage. I'd been taking our vehicles to some of the other "chain store" garages in the area, and when one of our cars needed a repair to make the heat work again, I got two scary estimates from these other garages I had used...the estimates were so high (over $1,000) that we were considering getting rid of the car, which was 15 years old. I decided to give Price's a try, and they made the repair for less than $300 - most of that was for the parts. Now they've got my business for life. Always friendly and willing to explain all of your options. You can't go wrong dealing with honest people that charge fair prices. read more

An excellent garage with honest and knowledgeable mechanics. I always get great, friendly and polite service and the mechanics take the time to make sure you understand what they did. They don't talk down to you or make you feel stupid if you are not a car person. They are sensitive to keeping costs down and never push repairs or work on you just to make themselves more money. You will usually have to book a week in advance, so keep this in mind. I highly recommend them. read more

Price has lost my business. They had scheduled me to do a small repair on my jeep today and did not follow through with what they said they would do. They assured me that they would complete the job today and did not even start it. It was difficult for me to find transportation to my job in Newburyport MA and after all that they did not even fix my jeep. The shop seems completely unorganized and business is terribly mismanaged. I will try to convince everyone I know in the area to bring their vehicles to a competitor of prices. Even though I was on their schedule they chose to work on cars that were brought in that day instead of cars they were already scheduled to work on. (I know this because my girlfriend actually brought her car in today and they fixed it and neglected mine). There is no such thing as first come first serve at prices. I have no trust in prices sunnycrest garage and neither should anyone else. Owner did not try to help and fix the situation. read more
