I knew I needed a front hub replacement, so I said "ok". His mechanic put the hub in backwards causing all sorts of engine lights to come on. When I went back in to talk to Crawford about it, his reply way "you brought it in that way". I left, angry, and took the car to another mechanic shop. This is when I learned that the new hub was installed backwards with the magnetic strip turned outward causing the speed sensor to malfunction. The new mechanic told me "don't take your car there again". Larry the Owner is a very dishonest person. I wish he would have never reopened. I should have sued him for the damage

Todd's Tire I have been doing business with Todd's Tire…read moresince 2005 with them always taking great care of my machinery and vehicles until today 10/15/25 I'm not one to go around leaving bad reviews... but I have to share my experience. I went to Todd's to have (4) tires that I provided mounted and balanced assuming it would not be more than $100.00 total. My bad I didn't ask the price... when I went into the office to pay I was told $191.00 I reacted "You have got to be kidding me?" The new owner Katie very pleasantly said no that's the price since you didn't buy the tires here. I wrote a check and left feeling really unhappy about the amount billed. I called back the following day after checking prices with Mr Tire in Tonganoxie and told her they quoted me $100 total & $5 a tire disposal. I said I would like to have $40 or $50 back or she would be losing a customer. She explained that she felt it morally wrong to buy my business. I explained you just lost my business permanently and I would be writing a negative review. Buyer beware check prices before doing business at Todd's Tire. Taking the time to call me and explaining to me what stage they were in on the repairs. Was a very fair price, for an outstanding repair job. They are honest when given you an estimate and go into great detail so you are not hit with any surprises later. I purchased a truck from Rolling Hills Toyota with the process running from December 2025 to June…read more2026. While the vehicle was eventually delivered, the overall experience was highly frustrating and one of the worst transactions I've ever had. Communication and transparency were consistently poor. Salesperson Bruce Murphy showed little urgency, required constant follow-ups, and failed to properly prepare the truck (it arrived with the same dirt spot noted during the video walkthrough plus additional interior stains). He also provided incorrect information on taxes and delivery requirements. Finance manager Ian O'Connor was unprofessional, performed multiple unnecessary credit pulls without clear explanation, and mishandled the $1,600 tax overcharge refund (sending it to the bank instead of directly to me as discussed). Delivery updates were delayed and reactive. On the positive side, sales manager Dennis Rainez was excellent--transparent, proactive, and responsive once he got involved. He provided regular shipment updates and offered compensation for the dirty interior and low fuel upon delivery. Despite eventually receiving the refund (after refinancing), the repeated misinformation, poor follow-through, and subpar service from key staff made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Rolling Hills Toyota or buy from them again.
