We made an appointment and still waited for 30 minutes before we were seated for the pedicure. My husband went first and they said they wanted to do my nails first..not what I requested since we were celebrating our anniversary together. I sat in the manicurist's chair and got one hand glued with tips and was then told to go sit at the pedicure station. They needed to slide in someone that wanted a fill. No trimming of my tips so I had dragon lady tips on one hand the entire pedicure. It all felt very rushed and not relaxing at all. Then after my pedicure I sat at a different manicurist's table and she completed my full set as well as handled my waxing. It just wasn't very personable and just felt like a number in their cog of patrons for the day. But we paid almost $300 for those services. To top it off my husband ended up with a terrible bacterial infection on his toe 3 days later that spread to another toe and we had to go to the urgent care.So far it has cost us almost $500 for the doctor, antibiotics and special soap to clean the wound. This is unacceptable and we will NEVER be back to this establishment again. I have also reported them to the state board for obviously not using proper disinfecting practices. Please people watch and make sure utensils are sanitized EVERY time and that proper disinfecting practices are in place. So disappointed in this place. Do better.
