Been going to Miami nails for awhile and they are ok but very expensive and I've decided to part ways due to the more I go and tip well the more they make my nails last less and less. My sister in law was visiting and wanted to get her nails and toes done. It was around 4 p.m. and I was glad they took us.....however, they were very pricey!! My acrylic nails turned out "okay", but they are too thick, and when the guy was filing them, he cut the skin where the nail bed comes out from the fingers. Took a few days to heal. Then, a woman came in to get only a Polish Change, and they charged her $25.00 ??? They don't have their prices listed. My acrylics cost $55.00 and my sister-in-law got a regular Manicure and Pedicure , and it cost her $50.00 ??? We both decided we'd Never go back there again ! Bottom line....they price gouge you! The young lady gave me a pedicure does not know what she is doing. The lady who did my nails did a great job!

John does a great pedicure! I asked for extra foot massage and he gave me a great one for about 20 minutes. He took his time getting all the callus and really did a great job. I wish we could take him home with us to Northern California! My husband has a pedicure at the same time and he enjoyed it. She wasn't as thorough, but was still very good. We will come back here whenever we are visiting Laughlin as it was only a13 minute drive from our hotel. Other salons couldn't take us and when I called here they said no problem and made an appointment for the time I wanted. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but the staff is great and the place is clean! read more

I called at 2:30 to get an appointment for 430 the gentleman on the phone says come at 4:45, Get there at 4:45 there's a lot of people waiting. Bottom line is I didn't leave there util 730 for a simple manicure and pedicure. It wasn't even great. I thought they would be extra clean but the salon did not wipe down the seats after each customer and the place was pretty full. Then my manicurist started to file my nails w/a file that was used many times over. It was disgusting! And I was shocked and speechless w/my mask on. John was on it! He shaped my stilettos perfectly how I like them, every nail is smooth and the right thickness. I came in needing an acrylic fill and he literally had to fix every nail bc the last person who did them really had rushed thru it. I was lifting everywhere! Now they look like a brand new set. I went in two weeks ago and got the guy that sits next to the owner Jack, I believe his name is John, he was super funny and nice and he took his tome and paid attention to each detail on my nails, he also made sure I liked them as he went. I had 3 that had broke recently that he fixed and we shortened them, I shortened them myself at home and he fixed them up, and they were perfect. I was super happy when I walked out, he only charged me 30$ for the fill and gel polish and I tipped him I believe 6-8$. I went in yesterday to have a broken nail fixed and decided to just get a fill done and I sat down with Jack the owner this time. Mind you I was just in two weeks prior so I really didn't have much to fill, it was mainly the broken nail. I sat down he did my nails, fixed the broken one and I decided I didn't want them painted because I always do black and the holidays are next week. So I asked if it would be okay if I came in tomorrow (which is today) and he said that's fine and asked if I wanted to pay for my polish now or when I came back I said when I come back in case someone else does it. Then he charged me 40$...I was severely confused because my nails weren't polished and there wasn't much work, so I asked him why. His answer was my nails are "extra long" which they aren't, and I got a fill, not a full set, I would understand if my nails really needed it and it had been a why, but there wasn't even a cm of growth, I was actually surprised he even did them because my normal nail tech would have told me I just needed the broken one fixed. So now I have to go back because today two nails broke, I hadn't even had them on for 24 hours and somehow broke two. I've had acrylics consistently for over 10 years, worked in a wearhouse, putting frames together, and with kids and never have I broke a nail within the first day of having them put on. Needless to say, I am not happy, and I know I was over charged for an obviously shotty job seeing as I'm currently a stay at home mom and there was no excuse for any of my nails to break, and as much as I'd rather avoid going back, I will be going back to have them fix the mess on my hands. read more

AWFUL service! I walked in there on a Thursday and was told it would be about 20 minutes. This was in the start of the pandemic and MASKS are required throughout the city.. basically the world. People were allowed in without masks and sat down touched everything. After 25 mins we left and will never come back. They are rude and the place is dirty. Please go elsewhere. read more
