I got basic pedicure for $40; it's absolutely basic with a small calf oil massage, the polish is beautiful. Didn't receive the hot towel that was included. Free bottled water. I'm so torn!! This was my first visit and I brought out of town family. The employees were so kind and friendly. I had an older family member with us and they were absolutely wonderful with her. A+++ Don was a class act! Love him. My pedicure was the 55. One and I was surprised that the paint job wasn't better. Great massage and sweet nail technician. My dip manicure was ALMOST good. Too bad she didn't repair my broken nail, that I pointed out and she also left some of the red paint I had last manicure still on!!! If the dip was done correctly I wouldn't have breakage already and paint issues. Another thing - the lady didn't do ANY cuticle removing at all. That was a first. She kept telling me how to put my hand in the gel light lamp, like it was my fist time. It was odd. I thought about calling them and giving them an option to fix it, but the truth is that I wouldn't go back there. I'm so sorry, but the nails really killed it for me. Super friendly staff, however the work compared to the price is not even worth it. I tried one time before, wasn't too happy so I tried again and their schedule was messed up. They are not prepared for their customers prior to original scheduled time. $80 for a simple gel manicure FILL will not come back, unfortunately. read more

I love the friendliness and feel of family. Vicki and Michael are like going to your friends house to get your nails done. Everyone does a great job and it's appointment only so no waiting for an hour to get a fill. They have Hannah who is like a receptionist, waitress, hostess, who gets nail colors, water, tea, pillows, and all around great help. Every shop should invest in a Hannah because she's awesome. When I made my appointment the voice on the phone was so sweet and polite. As I entered the salon I was greeted and offered a bottle of cold water. When it was my turn the manicurist approached me and very courteously directed me to where I needed to go to begin the process. I have been getting manicures and pedicures all over the world from Thailand, Philippines, Korea, Japan, and the USA. This was the best, especially when the manicurist paid attention to detail while working fast. They have the most up to date equipment, including their sanitation equipment, to keep all the tools clean and sanitized. I will be coming back. read more

After more than 2 years as a customer I am very disappointed to leave T&T nails. They have gotten too busy and don't care about long time customers. I had a 1 pm appointment for gel mani pedi- at 3pm I was still waiting for the mani. The nail tech who did pedi decided she was not well and never came back. There was no one to fill in and I was told to wait until arriving customers were finished- then someone would get to me. I decided to go elsewhere. I was pretty upset, and was notcharged for mani. That seemed fair but after 2 bad experiences, I am done. Very sad... read more

The good points: 1) They we're able to give me an appointment on the day I called. 2). I heard I could get acrylic put on my nails without getting the tips. My nails r very thin and break if I don't have gel polish, but even that doesn't always work. The owner explained that the acrylic wouldn't work on my short nails, explained why and recommended powder. 3). My nails look very nice. 4). The shop looked clean. The bad points: 1) It was very hard to understand the owner and the man that was my technician as they are Asian and had very heavy accents and didn't have words for what they wanted to say. 2) Two of my nails were cut too short and are now very painful, like an ingrown nail. I will not be returning because the language problems made me uncomfortable. My technician tried to engage in conversation but I was embarrassed to say many times that I didn't understand. Also, I didn't fully understand why no acrylics. read more

I had no idea what to expect as I had never heard or experienced other patrons in the area using T & T services. An employee from Sally's recommended T & T. I was SOOO pleasantly surprised with their hospitality & eagerness to please the customer. My overlay came out gorgeous as did my gel pedi. I must confess I picked a color that I did NOT like -- it was no problem for the nail tech as he insisted he would do them all over with a new grey blue gel color that the owner introduced to me. The final result was beautiful ... I LOVED IT & a week later it looks just as fresh as the day I got it done. Sorry as I can't recall the male nail technician, although for reference he is a newlywed. He was extremely thorough & professional and I would highly recommend. I been here 2 times since the end of the AZ lockdown, 1st time got a full set & pedi 3 weeks later came back for a fill.. they did a great job both times.. very friendly and keeps the place clean and sanitized my 4th of July nails i just asked them to do what they want 4th or 5th time here (8/17) and they are so good, and so clean..I always ask for different designs and they are willing to try if it's something they never done before and its always just what I wanted Update 6/2022 still love this place read more

10/10!!! Greatest in BHC! I drive in from Laughlin. Very clean, incredible attentive service! They have male and female nail technicians!! They are LGBT friendly! A gentle, kind and older skilled craftsman named Chat worked this acrylic gel set with a very delicate touch. Certainly more thoughtful and gentle than most woman I have worked with. I have only one critical remark, the edges of my nails at the finger tips were not painted, and I did not notice in time. My most favorite part was actually one of the drill tool's attachments! It was a tiny little sphere at the tip of a tapered drill bit, he carved gently and perfectly a most natural acrylic nail shape from the bed of my nails, the side edges and finger tips. I also got my eyebrows waxed and shaped! The gal was great! Overall, these people find valuable dedicating their efforts toward exceeding your expectations. They are a loving and happy bunch! My lady was very nice and made sure my trip was as good as possible. my massage was a bit short but I don't have many other complaints ! The spa was cleaner than most and the massage chairs were nice and seemed new ! We are new to the community and my wife and I tried a couple nail salons in BHC, FM and Laughlin since November 2022. T&T has been the best and moat consistent. The mani and pedi's are great and they take their time. My wife does the acrylics and she has had no issues or problems. We make appointments and typically there is no wait. They do accept walk in's as well. Seems that this place is very busy so I'd suggest making an appointment. Looks like many locals and regulars frequent the nail spa which is indicative of their quality of work, care of their customers and consistent excellent mani and pedi's which I can attest too. The service was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. My biggest complaint was in my wait time. I had a reservation which I arrived about 15 minutes early for. But I waited over 30 min past my reservation time and guests who had reservation times after mine were seen before me. I went in to get my nails done for my Brothers Wedding and Vanessa did them. That is the name she gave me. She missed a lot of the nail when she painted them. The sides were not covered and she made me bleed on 5 different fingers when cutting cuticles back and never acknowledge that she did that. Then poured solution on them and made them really sting. I didn't want to make a scene and suffered through it but after I told the cashier and asked for a discount but the owner refused. Well the service was great! I received a gel pedicure and it turned out great! Price was fair for the services I received. Everything was clean and the foot bowls get new liners with each client. It literally pains me to have to leave a bad review for this business as I have been coming into this nail shop for 2 years now. All other times I have been coming here have been wonderful because there are only 2 people there I trust to do a great job on my nails. I went in tonight to get a fill, I always ask for a specific person when booking & they ended up putting me with someone else. The picture is the atrocious work that was done by that individual. I wasted $40 for the shape to be inconsistent, length uneven, the acrylic uneven. It was painful and my cuticles literally burn. Other than that because of this upsetting, embarrassment and disappointment, I don't think I will be returning to this nail shop again. My pink and white set nails looked great but they really messed up on my mom. $45 pedicure and they barely scrubbed her feet (which we laid extra for) and only did one layer of polish. Not so good this time, did not notice till I got home, sloppy polish in my pedicure all over my toes, and bits of file dust in my gel polish on my finger nails, very uneven, dents or low spots in the gel, complete different experience than the first time. The customer service was awesome, however, they lack in nail skill. Instead of soaking the gel paint off my toenails, they used a nail drill which did some damage to the cuticles around my nails and the nail itself but that was covered up by nail polish. As for my nails - I asked for gel color and got a poor job. My nail tech redid my nails about three times because she kept touching my nails before they were dry, probably because there was about 5 layers of the color itself and 2 of the top coat. With that being said, that led my polish to be pretty thick and sticky. My moms nails were just as bad. She had the same problem with the nail drill as well. Her nails were cut into her nail bed and the polish looked as if there was not a top coat applied. On top of it all, the prices were expensive for the work they do: $35 and up for pedicure +$5 for gel $30 and up for manicure +$5 for gel On a happier note, our nail techs were very sweet, patient and gentle. The owner walks around to make sure customers are taken care of with water and talks to her techs quite a bit. Unfortunately, we more than likely will not be returning. read more
