The owner, Lee, answered and I explained my situation. He scheduled a visit the following Tuesday morning to check it out and he said his son, Jason, would be the tech as he was the expert. Jason arrived as expected, surveyed the issues and discovered a leak in the valves. Turns out the neighbor's tree root had infiltrated the pipes and caused a crack. He dug out around the valves, determined the repair and had everything done within 2 hours! He ran through the entire system to make sure all was well and made sure everything was back to normal and clean despite the fact he was a muddy mess. Jason is an expert, had all tools and parts in his truck, and fixed everything to my extreme satisfaction. I highly recommend their service!

We contracted with them to mow every two weeks. The price quoted was competitive, Recently we decided we needed 25 fountain grass plants removed. We reached out to 4 companies. He is always willing to do extra work if I need him to, he has great ideas (my backyard is an empty slate), and he plants for me, kills out weeds regularly. He wears a mask while he's here. We have had 1 scenario since I've hired him, and that was on me. And even though I had misunderstood the minor issue he was still very apologetic, and assured me when that time comes up again he would let me know ahead of time (he comes every other week for a set price, however occasionally we have five weeks in a month and I didn't realize the price is different if I want him to come and cut the grass/trim bushes on that extra week). He is very kind and he explains anything and everything to me if I'm over watering or trimmed up something that he himself takes care of when he's here. I highly recommend him!
