Pat (the bossman) is super friendly and will greet you by name while helping you find whatever you're looking for no matter how hard unusual of a set it is. They told me they had no idea about this order and blamed it on the Shopify app which is weird because I ordered it directly from their website which listed as available and in stock. In order to make this right, the company did absolutely nothing, barely an apology. As a former manager I find this work ethic to be deplorable and I will never do business with this company again, they don't even know what they have in stock, but they take your money anyway. Poor managing and poor customer service, blaming it on the other guy.

But what I enjoyed, and where I found something cool, was in the long boxes under the back issues that had the new releases, chronological by week, for the last 16 months or so. Each box was labeled by the calendar date. I grabbed a #1 from Oct '24 & a missed subscription indie from Feb '24. I passed on but also found a missed variant from last week that my LCS didn't pull for me. Down side was the dude at the counter sat there and had a casual conversation with a customer while I stood there waiting to check out for a good 3 solid minutes before someone else showed up and rang me up where the guy was seated. I WAS greeted when I arrived and found some decent options, but I also felt like I wasn't necessarily noticed.
