They are not crazy over priced and will work with you especially if you are buying few things. They don't have an ego or a money driving attitude, I spent an hour in the shop talking before we ever picked up a product. As we walked past, we heard her and the assistant discussing how much they hate this job, people "like us" who order lots of balloons, and how they should have left work sooner. She then proceeded to not clarify what "blow the balloons up individually" meant and did not do as we requested twice. We were getting the balloons for a memorial service and were already upset, I hope that something is done to ensure that this does not happen to costumers in the future.

The box was SO carefully packed - every figure's box was individually wrapped w/ bubble wrap and masking tape, and in perfect condition. This was the first time I'd ever heard of Infinity Flux, and I was super impressed with how they got 4 figures packed, shipped, and delivered within 3 days, all during a holiday week. I love seeing an independent comic shop thriving, and caring well for their customers. Will be placing more orders in the future - thanks!!
