She stood there shaking her finger at me like I was a child, telling me I "expected too much" and that I should be grateful my food came out hot. That's apparently the new gold standard: basic functionality. Not accuracy, not courtesy--just temperature. What made it worse was the complete silence from management. The manager stood there and said absolutely nothing, allowing this tirade to continue unchecked. No intervention, no apology, no attempt to de-escalate--just a passive endorsement of behavior that drives customers away. The assistant manager, to their credit, was polite and seemed genuinely concerned, but clearly had no authority to fix what is obviously a deeply rooted cultural problem. If this is the experience they're comfortable delivering, then it's hard to argue they should stay in business at all. Extremely slow service. Ordered 16 burgers for the family on a road trip. Nobody else in the restaurant and drive through was filling their orders but we waited over 35 minutes for our food. I understand the cooking method takes a few minutes but nobody in the drive through was waiting. Very slow staff and they didn't communicate well with the customers or fellow staff members. This was my first time trying Crystals. We were trying to dine in, however both doors were locked & it's 7:50pm and it should be open until 10pm. I saw 2 employees at the front and I knocked on the door and we were ignored. Unfortunately we had to go through the drive-thru. We asked why dine in wasn't open and they said they were short staffed yet there's about 4 people working right now. Service was dry & the wait for our food was over 10 mins. Sliders were good. The service has not improved. It is awful. We were the only customers and it took 45 minutes and banging on the door to get nine hamburgers, three fries and three drinks. Horrible. Barely edible. The Krystals had a very wet soggy bread underneath the meat that tasted slimy when I ate it. I could only eat the top bread and a portion of the meat. This is the first time Krystals have ever tasted like that. The bottom bread where the meat touched it was complete mush. Just yuck. read more

I was in this restaurant on 10/5/24 and it was not busy that night. I ordered my food and it took close to 30 minutes to get the wrong order. There were 3 employees there and all they did was play, joke, and say the N-Word. After about 30 minutes of waiting I asked for a refund and they refused by saying my order was ready. It was the wrong order. So I asked for a refund again and they refused again. The dining area was also dirty and looks like it haven't been cleaned all shift. I made a mobile pick up order (after reading the reviews ) got there at 7:33 when it was supposed to be ready- sat inside for nearly 30 minutes- tater tots were not fit to eat ( extremely crunchy) - will not be back. This Krystal has one of the rudest drive up window employees. I had an Employee that said she was a day manager and had the worst attitude. I needed to make a change to my order and she refused to change the order. I requested a refund, and she refused me a refund and her attitude was so unprofessional. It is very upsetting to know how these young kids as "Managers" act like we customers owe them something. She evidentally has forgotten we customers are the reason she gets a paycheck. I am very thankful to be able to get the Krystal Burgers in the morning, as I occasionally like them for breakfast, but I was disappointed that my Krystal's this particular weren't hot - to be fair, they weren't cold but they weren't nice and piping hot like they had just come up. This Krystal's has the worst customer service I have ever seen! I ordered 4 krystal's and a chili cheese fry which was $9.19. (I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN SOMETHING WAS WRONG SINCE THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY CUSTOMERS IN THE DRIVE THROUGH). When I got to the window, I told this young girl named Tyania that I wanted to get the burgers with onion only. She looked at me and told me that they had already made the burgers. When I'm in the south, I always have to go to a Krystal's. The people at this one one wasn't as friendly and were more worried about talking to each other, than to greet me, but I didn't come here for the company. I came here for those delicious little burgers and chili cheese pups. Oh my god, how I miss you little tiny, baby burgers. I felt like Harold and Kumar riding on my cheetah through the drive thru. After such quick service, I was honestly scared to eat my Krystal. All I could think was "that wasn't right how quick I just got my food." Well, I decided to give it a try anyway. Could never tell if they were serving breakfast i thought they were 24 hour operation, but they seem to not be open. Also, when they were open their credit card machine would go down a lot, so they only accept cash. I have given up on getting breakfast there. Try McDonald's in Canton they have dependable service. read more

Come on reviewers! It's a tiny oniony burger served blazing hot with a side of Mississippi attitude in a gas station! You don't know how lucky you are if you live near one of these. We actually have a few Krystal locations here in DFW now but they aren't as good as this one, in the gas station, by my brother's house. We never miss stopping there when we visit. read more

Well I decided to give Krystal one last try and what a mistake it was. Three people who ordered their food after me, got their food before me. I'm not sure where the breakdown is but I'm blaming the owners of the entire company for this. The lack of training is amazing to me, missed orders, wrong orders....it's astounding. Krystal use to be a place my father and I enjoyed going but now we just end up waiting for an eternity on our food and usually have to return it because it's the wrong order.
