I went on a weekday around lunch time and it was basically dead in the mall and definitely in the food court. I did see lots of empty storefronts as well, which seems to be a sign of the time for malls these days. There is a fashion outlet mall in niagara falls canada as well which is open (not covered) but this one was covered and air conditioned so it was a relief in this extreme heat. The mall had all latest brands. It was not busy at all. We did a little bit of shopping from old navy as there was a sale going on and deals were pretty good. The lady at checkout was very helpful. There was a good selection of clothes available in the mall. The food court was also decent and we bought lunch from krispy chicken which was halal and service was pretty good.
