This place is great for things that are not in the outlet mall, but are still low cost things, no high end stores in this plaza. Tons of parking all around.

I went this past weekend to shop at the Outlet Collection in Niagara…read more It's right across from White Oaks Spa and Resort and can't be missed off the QEW It wasn't too busy the day we went as it was during winter and it was a cold day It gets really busy in the summer so do watch out for the crowds The selection of the stores they have is right up my alley All my faves like Aritizia, Aerie, MK, Old Navy just to name a few They even have there now Craig's Cookies which are so yummy I got a lot of good deals that day Ended up getting some tops at Aerie and got my man a cologne I haven't been able to find in such a long time at Abercrombie & Fitch Staff at all the stores are friendly and let you know of their deals Will always be a stop of mine when going to Niagara

I remember when outlets used to be outlets. That is, the products they carried might be last years…read moreversions, might be discontinued, but they were always at discounted rates. These days, and not just Nike, outlets aren't even cheap anymore. It's easier and cheaper most of the time to just buy it online. Which is sad, because I still like the "old fashioned" experience of going into a store. Once in awhile you'll catch some deals. So it's not ALL bad... but they still have the Nike hoody that runs like $70 or so... which to me, isn't a deal at all. Prices, everywhere, continue to climb. Guess that's just the way it is these days.

For a moment, I thought this could be the new XS Cargo--a Canadian discount chain that closed down several years ago and I have longed for the return of. I was aware that many Amazon products that are returned get sold to liquidators, so I entered the store with expectations of pretty competitive pricing. What I found was a pretty broad collection of cheaper-quality products at, what seemed like retail or near-retail prices. In spite of signage assuring me otherwise, the discounts that I saw just quite didn't rationalize the purchase price for me. After all, some of these products may even be defective Amazon returns and the savings just weren't substantial enough to take that risk. While the products may indeed be acquired through a liquidation sale, or Amazon palette auction model, the price that consumers like me see doesn't quite reflect that. It feels like someone's making a handsome markup here.
