It's always nerve-wracking to go to a place with such few reviews, but I decided I'd give it a go since it was so close to home anyway. I'm glad I did. It's a small shop but there was no wait so I was able to immediately pull in for my service. From pulling in to pulling out, it was only 20 minutes! They filled my tires as well. My total came to $65 for full synthetic which is similar to other places I've been to in the past. They didn't push me to get extra things done like other car places usually do. The staff were all extremely pleasant and friendly. I'll definitely bring my car here again!

While waiting she was then advised that someone working on her car messed up her motor and it dropped?  Almost 2hrs later no one could fix her car. The manager didn't even come out to address the situation.  It wasn't until I showed up, honestly about 20 minutes after I got there the manager (he stated that he was the owner) came out. I said where have you been and what are you doing to fix my daughters car?  He said he called a mechanic but the man was in Miami and couldn't come until the morning (Sunday). They cause a problem and have no idea how to fix it.

I arrived around 4:30 PM, maybe even a little earlier, and from the very beginning, the person who attended me, apparently the manager or person in charge, had a very negative and unprofessional attitude. When I told him I had a 5:00 PM appointment, he immediately responded in an annoyed way, basically saying that by 5:00 PM they were practically already home and the place was closed, even though the website clearly says they close at 6:00 PM. From that moment on, his attitude was rude, unhelpful, and completely inappropriate. On top of that, he could not find my appointment in the system and asked me what I needed. I explained that I needed TPMS sensors installed, which I had already brought with me, along with an alignment and tire balancing. His response was to say that they do not do that kind of work. That was surprising because two weeks earlier, another Tire Kingdom had told me that bringing my own sensors was not a problem and that they could install them by charging labor. When I mentioned that, he became even more upset. He then went into the shop, spoke with someone, and came back with an even worse attitude, saying they would check the car. After checking it, they told me the sensors could not be installed. I told him that was fine and that I would simply not install the sensors. At that point, it became very obvious that his attitude got worse because I refused to buy the sensors there. He practically lost interest in helping me once he realized I was not going to purchase parts from the store. When I tried to move forward with the alignment service, he responded in a rude way, saying, "I'm telling you, what are you going to do?" At that point, I decided to ask for my keys and leave. What upset me the most was not only that they could not do the work, but the way I was treated. This person's customer service was terrible. Someone with that kind of attitude should not be the face of a customer service business. This kind of treatment is exactly why companies lose customers. I will not return to this location, and I definitely do not recommend it.
