And it wasn't the kitchen, it was her. She had plates lined up waiting to be taken to people just sitting there. Worse service we've received in 10+ years, piss poor.

Some of the bouquets were stuffed so tight into the bins it was impossible to view them. If you are looking for fresh flowers, I'd pass on Festival. I understand that flowers are a secondary product, but it's clear the employees are not trained to make the most of them.
